Love Twitch

You wake up and see you are on the floor. You sit up and see Jeremy next to you. he Twitch in his sleep. You smile and kiss his forehead. You stretch and see Tony asleep and Katrina looking around.

“Moring Abby,” Katrina said.
“Good Moring Katrina,” You said.
“I always wanted a baby brother.”

You get up and sit next to her.

“Tony isn’t your brother right now, he is a friend.”
“You and Daddy are not getting married?”
“Not right now, see people normal date a while before they get engage. That is when the wedding planning starts.”
“I understand that process, after the weeding, we live all together.”
“Yep, me and your dad are not that far along ok.”
“Ok are you going to married my Daddy?”
“I don’t know Katrina. It’s a little too soon to know really.”
“Oh ok I wouldn’t mind if you were my mommy.”
“Ok, how about we keep this talk just with us ok, and you just be happy that you have a Dad that loves you more than anything?”
“Ok Abby, what is your mom like?”
“Well my mom is dead. Been since I was little.”
“Really, did your dad get married?”
“Yeah twice, his first wife was always around, I don’t remember a day she wasn’t in my life, for a while I had a nice little family.”
“Susan hurt Daddy a lot.”
“I know, you fell hurt too don’t you.”
“Yeah she was my Mommy, now I don’t have one again.”
“I know how that is. My Dad got a divorce from his wife when I was a teenager.”
“Really? Why did she leave?”
“She left because my Daddy was gone for months at a time and she couldn’t handle it.”
“Daddy is away sometimes.”
“I know, I can handle it, you miss him don’t you when he is gone?”
“Yeah I wish he can stay home. I go with him sometimes if Marissa goes.”
“That’s interesting.”
“Did your dad get married again?”
“Yep a little over three years ago?”
“And he had other kid the little boy form the park.”
“Yep that was my little brother.”
“He was a nice kid.”
“Yeah he is”
You grab your phone and see it’s almost seven.

“Well me and Tony have to go,” You said.
“What really?” Katrina said.
“Yeah I have to go to work.”
“Oh ok, let’s wake up Daddy. He will like to know that.”
“Ok go wake up him, I wake up tony ok.”

Your phone rings and Tony shoot up so did Jeremy.

“What time is it?” Jeremy asks.
“Seven,” You said.
“Oh good.”
“In the morning Jer.”
“Crap.”

You look and see Johnny is calling you.

“Hello,” You said.
“Hey I stop at your house. Where are you?” Johnny asks.
“Jeremy’s we stayed the night on accident.”
“Ok, I’m coming up, I take care of Tony today.”
“Don’t let him get hurt.”
“I won’t I promise I just pull up.”
“Ok bye.”
“Bye.”

You hang up and look at Tony.

“Hey buddy, I got to go to work,” You said.
“Am I going to Day care?” Tony asks.
“No Uncle Johnny is going to take care of you.”

“Where are you guys?” Johnny yells.
“Uncle Johnny!” Tony yells.

Tony run up the stairs and Katrina fallows him. You sit up and look at Jeremy. He goes over to you and kisses your lips.

“What was that?” Jeremy ask in a tired voice.
“My alarm and Johnny, I got to go home and get to work,” You said.
“You can’t call in and not go in?”
“Nope, I got Monday off.”
“Ok, I walk you to your car.”

You go up and see Tony climbing on Johnny.

“Tony I’m leaving ok,” You said.
“Ok Mommy, have fun at work,” Tony said.
“Thank you honey. Johnny, if he ends up in the hospital. You are going to regret it.”
“I know,” Johnny said.
“What she do to you?” Jeremy asks.
“I get shoot, or maybe just cut, I like getting cut better then shot.”
“Your father will decide what he do to you,” You said.
“Yeah,” Johnny said.

“Well I got to go. Be good ok Tony,” You said.
“I will Mommy,” Tony said.
“Leave the bike and board,” Johnny said.
“Ok, get them out of my car,” You said.

You go in your car and Johnny take them out and go inside. You smile and see Jeremy looking at you.

“Um,” You ask.
“I heard you talking to Katrina this morning. You are sensitive about her feelings more than I am,” Jeremy said.
“I been threw it unlike you, so I know kinda what she is felling. You only know what she is telling you, but I really got to go before I’m late.”
“Ok I see you later.”
“Ok bye Jer.”
“Bye Abbs.”

You smile and kiss his lips. You get in your car and he closes the door. You drive home and take a shower and get dress in your suits and drive to work. You go in and you see Susan on Luke’s desk that is right in front of yours. You sit down and turn your computer on.

“Good Morning Abby,” Rachel said.
“Good Morning Rachel,” You said.

She point to your neck. You look and see you can see the necklace. You move it so it goes down your shirt.

“Thank you,” You said.
“No problem here is your coffee. Logan would like to talk to you about a case he is working on,” Rachel said.
“Thanks, get the calls and log me in while I’m gone ok.”
“Ok, anything to type up.”
“Um I don’t think, so turn my phone on silent. If it’s not Johnny don’t answer it ok?”
“Yep.”
“Thank you Rachel.”
“No problem.”

You get up and grab the coffee and go to Logan’s office. He looks at you and rubs his face.

“You need me Logan?” You ask.
“Yeah, you need to work with Luke. A criminal wants to see his kid. He is free and sober, so it’s your guy, but let Luke help you guide you through the steps of a custody case. Do you remember the guy you work with when you start here? You got him a year in jail, Luis Cano,” Logan said.
“Yeah I remember him, good guy easy going and knew he screw up.”
“Yep, he got a lot of things turn around, and wants you for his case ok.”
“Ok so when is the first meeting, and the case?”
“Case is on Thursday, he comes in five minutes.”
“Ok I go get his case file then.”
“Meeting is in the room not your office.”
“I figure that I be in there on time.”

You go and get his file and print his parole things. You go in the meeting room and Susan looks at you.

“Hello Abby,” Susan said.
“Hello, excuse me I got to get in the room, to work,” You said.
“Jeremy isn’t paying for anything.”
“No, because I don’t get taken care of.”

You open the door and look at Luke.

“Hello,” Luke said.
“You know you are lucky not to be fired for dating her, but bring her in the office really,” You said.
“She is my assistant now.”
“Wonderful.”
“You shouldn’t be dating her ex-husband.”
“I didn’t know he was to a thing it was after their case got settle and I’m not bring it in to work. So explain to her to not brother me.”
“She knows.”
“She asks about him when I was coming in.”
“I explain the rules to her.”

Luis walks through the door. You got up and he hugs you. You guys talk about his case and break since Luke had other meeting and its lunch time. You go in and Rachel looks at you.

“Hello, do you want me to get you lunch?” Rachel asks.
“When is my next client?” You ask.
“You got a meeting with Logan for the murder case at 2.”
“Ok it is what noon?”
“Yes.”
“Can I see my phone?”
“Yeah here you go.”
“Thanks”

You sit on your desk and call Johnny.

“Hello,” Johnny said.
“Hey what are you doing for lunch?” You ask.
“We are going to Red Robin can you join us?”
“Yeah go to the one close to my home.”
“Yeah, we planning it, Jeremy help me move in.”
“Ok I be there in ten minutes.”
“Ok see you then bye.”
“Bye”

You hang up and look at Rachel.

“I’m going to Red Robin, I be back in an hour to a half, any calls?”
“Nope, you got some text messages but I didn’t look at them.”
“Ok thank you. I see you when I get back, ok?”
“Ok, put the message on?”
“Yep, later Rachel”
“Later”

You go and Drove to Red Robin. You go to the table and Tony hugs you.

“Hi Mommy,” Tony said.
“Hey Tony, having fun?” You ask.
“Yeah, Uncle Johnny fell down it was fun.”

“Did you break anything?” You ask Johnny.
“No, it was at Jeremy’s house anyways,” Johnny said.
“Ok good, where am I sitting?”
“Next to me mommy,” Tony said.
“Ok”

You sit next to Tony and across form Jeremy.

“You look nice Abby,” Katrina said.
“Thank you Katrina,” You said.
“Hate the clothes?” Johnny asks.
“Yeah they are annoying.”

Jeremy laughs at you. You raise your eyebrows at him.

“How was your day so far?” Jeremy asks.
“Nothing much just getting a case together,” You said.
“What do you do Abby?” Katrina ask.
“I’m a Lawyer.”
“You send people to Jail?”
“I try to keep people out of Jail.”
“Oh that’s cool”

“Mommy, Mommy,” Tony said.

You look at Tony and he explain what he did all day. You smile and kiss his forehead.

“Sound like you having fun with Uncle Johnny,” You said.
“I am.”
“He going to go to the compound with me,” Johnny said.

You look at Johnny. He smiles at you.

“It be fine, right Jer? Brian won’t mind,” Johnny ask.
“Yeah Brian won’t mind. Katrina and his kids will be playing outside anyways,” Jeremy said.

You sigh and Jeremy holds his hand you put your hand in his he start rubbing it.

“It will be fine, they got this cool playground set, the kids love playing on,” Jeremy said.
“Then we go home after I’m done at the Compound and he can play his guitar,” Johnny said.
“You play guitar Tony?” Katrina asks.
“Yep I can play Time Bomb,” Tony said.
“What’s that?”
“What do you mean what’s that?”
“Tony, you just know more music let it slid ok,” You said.
“Ok Mommy.”

“Oh watch out for Todd. Tony doesn’t like him too much,” Jeremy said.
“I figure that, has he meet Colin?” Johnny asks.
“A little bit yesterday,” you said.
“He will like Colin a lot.”
“Was that the guy form after the Movie?” Tony asks.
“Yep, the one that comment on your shirt,” Jeremy said.
“I like him, but he didn’t get my Mohawk Joke.”
“No one will get that joke Tony,” Johnny said.
“Where is it from?” Jeremy said.
“An interview my dad did when he had his Mohawk,” You said.
“The second one because it wasn’t this kinda of one,” Johnny said.
“True.”
“I got a friendly Mohawk,” Tony said.
“Yes you do,” You said.
“Uncle Johnny got a mean Mohawk.”
“A mean Mohawk?” Jeremy asks.
“Want to fit in with this one, got to watch interviews, get in to Rancid music,” Johnny said.
“no he doesn’t, Tony just goes off of things mainly because of you,” You said.
“Oh this is my fault then?”
“Yep Uncle Johnny,” Tony said.
“You are such a Momma boy.”
“Do you blame me?”
“He is 7?” Jeremy asks.
“Yep, my birthday is coming up soon right mommy?”
“Yeah it’s next week” You said.
“What you want to do buddy?” Johnny asks.
“I want Grandpa and Wolfgang to come, Uncle Tim, Mama, and um Pizza,” Tony said.
“Ok sweetheart, we talk about more things at dinner,” You said.
“Ok Mommy, I love you”
“I love you Too”

You guys eat and you kiss Tony’s forehead as he gets in to Johnny’s car.

“Take care of him. Don’t let him on a fucken bike you got me? He stop wanting to be like Uncle Mick I want it to stay that way,” You said.

Johnny hugs you.

“I won’t, I know Tony sees that it does something to you so just clam down. He doesn’t want you to have a problem sure he a hell riser at home but not a bad kid just hyper and not sure about everything,” Johnny said.
“Yeah ok bye Johnny,” You said.
“Bye.”

You go over to Jeremy since you park next to his truck.

“I keep an eye out for Tony ok?” Jeremy said.
“Yeah thanks,” You said.
“They treat him good know that.”
“Ok thank you Jer.”
“No problem, here get in Katrina.”
“Ok bye Abby,” Katrina said.
“Bye Katrina,” You said.

She goes in. Jeremy looks at you and kisses your lips. Your phone rings you pull away and see it’s almost 2.

“Dame I got to go bye,” You said.
“Bye, you do look hot in them,” Jeremy said.

You laugh and get in your car and drive. You go in your office and Rachel looks at you.

“You didn’t answer my call,” Rachel said.
“Sorry, it just I saw the time and race over here.”
“It’s fine, here is everything you need”
“Thanks same as before ok?”
“Yep I got it Abby.”

You set your Cell phone on your desk. You go down to Logan’s office and he looks at you.

“Almost late,” Logon said.
“Sorry,” You said.
“Now I went to Lunch with Luke.”
“Oh really?”
“You going out with a client?”
“No, you know his last Divorcé case?”
“Yeah.”
“I meet the guy, outside of work, and I wouldn’t know that Luke was involve in the case if he didn’t confronted us while we were out, well she did and he mover her away.”
“I see, he has not been here has he?”
“No, and he will not come here. I know we leave our family and love ones away from this”
“Yes we do.”
“Are you ok?”
“He is my brother in law. I can’t fire him, but I want to. He brings his affair in to the office.”
“I know, but as seeing as I’m seeing her ex-husband. Can something be done since she says things under her breath?”
“I see what I can do, but it be most likely Monday since you guys are working together right now.”
“Thank you.”
“No problem Abby. Here we go the murder case.”
“Yes a murder case.”

You get done at five and you drove home and you see Tony running around the front yard spraying Johnny with silly strings while Katrina is trying to not laughing. You look and see Jeremy leaning against the truck. You go over and Jeremy hugs you.
“Hey how the rest of your day been?” Jeremy asks.
“Good. Where did he get silly string?” You ask.
“I bought it, Johnny got me mad so I bought some and gave him two cans.”

You laugh and kiss his lips.

“Thanks,” You said.
“No problem, where do you work anyways?” Jeremy asks.
“It’s something that is just don’t fell right telling you. No one knows the location it’s just a lawyer office.”
“Ok deals with protecting the people you know?”
“Yep.”

“Mommy look at uncle Johnny,” Tony yells.
“Yeah I see him, now, go get everything clean up, and I cook dinner,” You said.
“Can Katrina and Jeremy stay over?”
“Do you guys want to?”
“Please Daddy, please,” Katrina ask.
“You don’t mind?” Jeremy asks you.
“No it’s fine. Clean up Tony, and Johnny help him,” You said.
“Why me?” Johnny asks.
“You made him mad.”
“Twitch bought the shit.”
“Hey don’t curse in front of my kid Johnny,” Jeremy said.
“You do it.”
“I don’t mean to idiot/”

You smile and kiss Jeremy cheek. You open the door and look at Katrina.

“You ok Katrina?” You ask.
“Can I help you Abby?” Katrina asks.
“Yeah, sure come on you can help me figure out want we going to eat.”
“Really?”
“Yeah let’s get in the kitchen.”
“Ok.”

You open the fridge and see Beer.

“Johnny in NOW!” You yell.

Johnny comes and looks at you.

“No, get them out now,” You said.
“Come on it’s just beer you don’t even drink it,” Johnny said.
“No, I have a kid in this house get them to somewhere else, like the basement idiot.”
“Sorry I forgot you keep those down there.”
“Yeah.”

He gets the beer and you see Jeremy throwing silly string at Tony.

“Mommy?” Tony asks.
“Yeah Tony,” You said.
“Can I play catch with Jeremy?”
“If he doesn’t mind sure, it’s all clean up?”
“Yep”

Jeremy threw the things away.

“What did Johnny do?” Jeremy asks.
“Something in the fridge,” Katrina said.
“Oh I see.”
“Ok so we have chicken alfredo, Lasagna, spaghetti, or baked Ziti?” You said.
“Um I like spaghetti,” Katrina said.
“Yeah that sounds good to me to Abby,” Jeremy said.
“What were the choices?” Johnny asks.
“Chicken alfredo, Lagisna, or Baked Ziti,” You said.
“Bake Ziti,” Tony and Johnny said at the same time.
“Is it good?” Jeremy asks.
“Yeah everything that mom cooks is good,” Tony said.
“Thank you Tony,” You said.
“Welcome mommy, can I have water?”
“Yep let me get you a cup, want anything guys?”
“Can I have water too,” Katrina asks.
“Yeah sure.”

You get them their water and Tony drags Jeremy outside with him. You smile and Katarina helps you cook the Ziti and everything. You go outside and Johnny hugs you.

“I’m going to my dad’s,” Johnny said.
“Ok tell him I say hi,” you said.
“Sure thing bye.”
“Bye.”

He leaves and Katrina goes over to Jeremy. You guys sit down and talk about nothing really. You put in a movie for the kids and go in the kitchen. Someone grab you are hips and start kissing down your neck.

“Jer come on I got to put food away,” You said.
“It was good” Jeremy said.
“Thank you”

You kiss his lips and finish putting the food away. You sit on the counter Jeremy came in front of you and you warp your legs around him he put his hand on your hip.

“Do you ever not work or be with Tony?” Jeremy ask.
“A few hours but not really why?” You ask.
“Just asking. We need to change that so we can see where this is going. The kids can only be around so much.”
“I know, be thankful Johnny is here.”
“I guess I should be shouldn’t I?”
“Yep.”

You kiss his lips. You guys start making out and his hand go up your shirt.

“Jer we can’t the kids are right there” You said.
“Yeah I know, can’t help it,” Jeremy said.

You smile and his hand gets out of your shirt and pulls you on the ground.

“Me and Katrina got to leave,” Jeremy said.
“Oh really? You ask. ”
“Yeah.”

You kiss his lips and then his cheek. You guys go over to the couch and you guys see them asleep.

“I go put Tony upstairs for you,” Jeremy said.
“Thanks,” You said.
“No problem”

He picks tony up and Katrina stirs. Jeremy comes down and picks Katrina up.

“Bye Abby,” Jeremy said.
“Bye Jer,” You said.

He kisses your forehead. You smile and open the door. Jeremy puts her in the car and blew a kiss to you. You smile and blew him one when he gets in. You saw a smirk on his lips as he drives off. You go inside and wrote a note for Johnny figuring he is going to be coming in hours for now. You go upstairs and go to bed.
