Once upon a time there was a boy named Tristan. His dad committed suicide and his mom was a struggling actress/singer who spent most of Tristan's childhood in a crazy house. Raised in Vermont by his overly-religious grandparents, he returns to New York when he's 14. By day he tries to create a normal life with his depressed mother who is now a singer in the Metropolitan Opera. At night everyone knows him as Jamie - his dad's name - a seductive Brit with lots of drugs and lots of girls. Nights are his escape from the reality of life and adulthood and consequences. He wants to fuck up better than anyone before him because he knows we've only got one life to live. This is his story.
