“Yah gotta just go up to ‘em and say it how it is,” Cameron shrugged, taking a sip of his beer as Nicholas sulked next to him. He could see how nervous the younger boy was, his eyes gazing over the mass of inebriated people in front of him. Cameron noticed how Nicholas’ eyes would glance over the girl that he had his arm wrapped around. He gave him a grin, flicking hair out of his eyes. “Pick one and walk over with a confident swag. Throw in a few compliments, a flick of the eyes or two, turn of the lips and reel her in.”

Nicholas looked at him, a staggering expression on his face. He fumbled with his beer, his eyes trying to keep away from Cameron’s. “I-I can’t just do that,” he replied, his voice wavering. “I’m not like you or Adelaide.”

Cameron laughed, throwing an arm around his cousin. He squeezed his shoulder, his arm pulling the blonde closer. “Nick, you're my cousin- it runs in the genes. You can’t fail.”
