I can tell you now, this was not planned. Our love, I guess you could call it, started off with my problems being solved, and saying it wasn’t a selfish thing would be a lie.

I can also tell you that I do not regret it at all, that I wish I could hold you forever, and that I wish we could last a lifetime, as cheesy as it sounds.

But what do I know? I’m a sixteen year old kid in high school. I don’t know anything. I don’t have any friends apart from your brother and his girlfriend.

You better take care of Mikey, Gee.

We both know we get beaten up all the time and that if it weren’t for me he wouldn’t have to worry about that shit. It’s hard, Gee, high school isn’t a place for gay teenagers, you know that, and you also know that it isn’t a place for their friends.

I’m fucking scared, Gee; I don’t want to lose you.
