Together Forever

The next day i woke up and the sun was shinning in my eyes, i threw a pillow at the window hoping to stop it but of course it didnt. I got up and showered and got dressed before making food. I hungout with Jack all day, we didnt do anything really exciting we just sat in the pool, went for a walk and worked on some songs. Later that night Sophie came home and she laid across me and Jack.

"Hey" she said

"Hey how was work?" i asked

"Boring, how was your guys day?" she asked

"It was good" i said

"Cool, so i talked to my dad today" she said smiling

"What did he say?" i asked

"Well tommarow i guess my mom, him and Melindas mom are going on his boat to go fishing for a few hours and he wants to know if we'll go" she said

"Oh, what did you tell him?" i asked

"I said we'd go, he said he was gonna call Melinda to come and he said Jack could come to if he wanted. Jack are you in?" she asked

"Hell yeah!" Jack said

"Cool" she said

"Sounds fun, but dont you have work?" i said

"I'll call in sick" she said

"Okay" i said

The next day me and Sophie picked up Melinda and Jack and went to go meet Sophies parents and Melindas mom at the harbor. I was kinda nervous because i havnt been on a boat in a few years. Plus everytime i get on a boat thats anchored i feel like Jaws is gonna pop up. We got to the were the boat is and went down to everyone.

"Hey guys!" Sophie said

"Hey!" everyone said

"Its so awesome that you guys decided to come" Sophies mom said as we got on the boat

"Yeah im glad we came" Sophie said

"Yeah and its super hot out, its gotta be like what 85 degrees out ?" i said

"Its like 90 degrees" Melinda said

"Damn" i said

After Sophies dad untied the boat we left the harbor. He drove really fast at first and it was kinda scary, Sophie and Jack were sitting on the floor screaming. It was funny as hell. Once we got out to the middle of the ocean Sophie threw the anchor out. Melinda, Sophie and Sophies dad started fishing while Jack and Sophie and Melindas mom watched and talked. I just stayed where i was, it was so hot out.

"Join the fun you party pooper" Jack said

"Later im really hot" i said

"Here i know how to fix that" he said

"How?" i asked

"Go stand in the middle over there and face the water" he said

"Why?" i said

"Just do it!" he said and i walked to where he pointed and turned my back to him

"What are you gonna do- ahh! thats freezing!" i yelled as Jack poured a bottle of ice water over my head

"Yeah but dont you feel better?" he asked

"Kinda" i said

"Good" he said

"Here Alex come hold this for me while i get some water" Sophie said

"Okay" i said and took her fishing pole and right away a fish hooked on

"Reel it in!" Jack said

"Im trying" i said reeling it as hard as i could and the line snapped

"Oooh you broke it" Jack said taunting me

"Oopsie" i said

"Its fine i'll fix it" Sophie said taking the pole from me

It was really fun being on the boat with everyone. The only thing that ruined it was the sunburn and the heat making me feel sick, but besides that it was fun. We spent 6 hours on he water before heading back to land and going home. When we got back to the house we all went in the pool to relax.

"Today was fun" Jack said

"Yeah, i feel so tired now though" i laughed

"Me to, its because of the heat" Melinda said

"Yeah. Am i the only one that got sunburned?" i said

"No, i got sunburn on my face but thats it" Jack said

"I got it on my legs and my face, it hurts" i whinned

"Well thats what you get for not using sun block" Sophie said
