Even Though I'm on My Own, I Know I'm Not Alone

I sighed and walked into the guest bedroom and sat on the bed. James came and joined me.

He waited for me to sign the papers.

I picked them up and then I just... ripped them.

His mouth dropped.

"James, I don't want you to leave me please don't." I cried and he embraced me.

"I would never leave you."

"Danny just comforted me and it made me feel better and I thought I was falling back in love with him. I'm such a selfish bitch and I just wanted someone there with me and I felt so alone and-" I was just rambling and sobbing and James started to kiss me.

"I'm so sorry I'll never do that again, okay? Please forgive me, love."

I nodded. "I love you." He got off of me and then I walked into the kitchen and threw away the papers.

"So I'm guessing you two... made up?" Cameron laughed.

"It's complicated."

"Congats, Bekah." Danny stook up and hugged me.

"You're not mad, are you?" I kissed his cheek.

"No, we're always going to be close, right? Best friends? Always?"

"Of course, of course." I smiled.

"Baby, let's go home." James grabbed my hand and led me out of the door.
