Fat

I fainted today.

Mother and Father had already left for work by the time I got up out of bed, so I was alone in the house. I was thankful for that. It meant I didn’t have Mother’s eyes on me, forcing me to down the breakfast she made me that I would only throw up later. Instead, I just threw away the waffles in the outside bin, feeling pleased that I’d avoided the horrible taste in my mouth I always got after forcefully removing my meals from my stomach.

I’d just started heading upstairs after coming inside from throwing my breakfast away when my head started spinning. My vision slowly started going black until I couldn’t see anymore. It terrified me, and I didn’t realise what happened until I woke up. I think I must’ve collapsed and hit my head because I woke up lying on the staircase with the biggest headache I’ve ever had in my life. It still hurts now, but I’ve taken some painkillers so hopefully it’ll feel a bit better soon. I also had a bit of orange cordial, 99% fat free, but still with loads of sugar. It made me feel a little less light-headed though, so maybe I can let it swirl around inside my body for a bit longer.
Mother and Father won’t be home for hours. I think I’ll have a sleep, so I can hopefully recover and pretend to be well when they get back, otherwise Mother will make me eat much more than I normally would at dinner time. That is not going to happen. Ever. I already eat too much.
