A spotlight of my own

NHL prospects showcase (Part-2)

I woke up that morning early to get the best of the breakfast buffet the hotel had, and damn was it good. Emerson had the same idea he told me when I met up with him at the fruit bar. We exchanged stories from the day before and headed to our rooms to get ready for the 3rd day of the NHL prospects showcase.

I met Emerson, Ryan and Q, which I decided would be his new nickname, in the lobby and we headed to the rink with about 45 minutes to get dressed and changed. Mike was there again sweeping around the rinks and offered me my own locker room again but said I could just keep the key for the week, which I did. Q was a bit angry at that he mentioned under his breathe that he hated being in a room with cocky “jerk-offs” which Mike laughed at.

The game went by quick , we played the other prospect team this time instead of the already NHLers. We lost thanks to Ryan scoring with a minute left though and for the rest of the week he would rub it in my face. It didn’t matter to me, Emerson and I had each gotten two goals and assisted each others. It seemed to me we hadn’t skipped a beat since our Shattuck days.

It seemed like the other team hadn’t cared that I was the girl because none of them checked me much harder then any other guy out there. Emerson told me the names of all the other players on the other team, He said he had played against them in his Jr league. None of them rung a bell in that moment and it wasn’t till later that night that I’d realize I knew even more people here then I thought.

It was about 4 when I left the rink, Us prospects had to do some easy off-ice conditioning stuff like jumping and sprinting, of course we went one by one and Ryan and I were the last to go, Ryan being last. I stayed in my personal locker room the whole time listening to my iPod until Mike tapped on my door and told me it was my turn. I was led into the rink’s gym and was immediately greeted by 10 scowl faces. I must of impressed them by the end because the scowl had turned into cheerful smiling faces.

Ryan and Emerson decided to take the night off when Q asked how was going to the club that night, I of course being in my happy mood still told Q I’d go with him. Emerson shot me his motherly-look which earned a punch from Ryan.

“Bro let her have fun, Maybe we’ll hear a rumor with her and the new NHL dudes here,” He winked at me from the passenger seat visor mirror.

“Alright Shauna but if you get shit-faced I’m coming to get you a.s.a.p.” We reached a red light allowing Emerson to turn from the road and stuck out his hand toward me, “Deal?”

“Well duh, Q’s got my back though don’t you?” I reached out a shook Emerson’s hand before the light turned green.

“Hell yeah! We’re about to party!” Q shouted and hugged me.

We got back to the hotel around 7 because of the awesome Toronto rush hour, and by awesome I mean horribly bad. Q and I agreed to meet in the lobby at 10, I’d have time to get ready and chow down on food. That was the night I realized just how much I loved food.

After I was done showering and eating I attempted to find a cute outfit, I was not that naïve back then to know not to wear the same outfit twice in one week. Of course I had never had time to have a social life so the dress I wore earlier that week was the only one, leaving me with one option, to go shopping. I wasn’t one to go out shopping, I loved looking through Victoria’s Secret magazines, watching the Fashion Police and such but being in malls wasn’t my thing. Thank god for my hotel though, luckily it was built onto of a strand of stores which included a boutique, My mother had also lent me her credit card for the week in case of emergency and to pay for dinner, the hotel and such. Buying a dress wouldn’t but us in that much of hope, at least I’d hope so.

As soon as I entered the boutique I saw what I wanted, straight in the back next to a wall of shoes, hung a one shoulder, short black dress. I called over one of the workers who handed me a metal claw.

“Hey you’re Shauna Jeno, the hockey player,” She smiled at me and shook my hand. “You played with my boyfriend a while back he was telling me.” I couldn’t help but give her a confused look, I had forgotten about the summer I played with the Canadian summer team.

“Oh,” I let out a small laugh, “Who may I ask is your boyfriend?” I clenched onto the dress and brought it down, it was even prettier up close.

“Jeff Skinner, I’m Miranda by the way.” Jeff Skinner, my first crush, I started to wonder if maybe he was at the showcase but I dismissed it, Toronto was such a big city for hockey no way he was one of the lucky ones to make it.

“Yes! Jeff! Damn it’s been a long time, Nice to meet you, did you grow up here?” She was really pretty, no wonder Jeff was seeing her. Her hair was dark brown and her hazel eyes were beautiful. I felt inferior just standing next to her.

“Yes, in Markham, I’m studying at Toronto University, Are you up here for the showcase? Jeff was saying how excited he was to be going and every night he’s come back almost dead.” I tried to remember Emerson rattling off his name but it just wasn’t connecting.

“Jeff’s here? Oh wow I’ve heard TU is super hard to get into! Good for you! Yes, I’m foregoing my next 3 years at college.”

She smiled at another customer and mouthed ‘One Sec’ before pulling out her phone. “Yeah, Maybe us three can do lunch? I’m sure Jeff will want to catch up with you and your so nice! Eh it depends on which apartment you’re going for, I think I got lucky,” She winked and laughed, “Here add your number! Where’d you go to school?”

I took the phone and snuck a peak at the time, 8:53, I had plenty of time to chat it up, “Boston College, It was pretty nice I just need a change of scenery.”

“Oh my god I applied there! But I wanted to stay home, I love Toronto too much, Well Shauna seriously you seem so nice compared to what stupid news people say, I’ll text you tonight and I bet I’ll be seeing you around the rink! Congrats on making it! By the way you going to look hot in that dress.” She winked again and turned toward the waiting customers.

I ended up walking out of the store with the dress, white zebra heels, a white watch and black feather earrings. I was sure mother wouldn’t care that I spent $200 in less then 5 minutes. I headed up to my room with an hour to get dressed and curl my hair.

The lobby was empty at 9:50 until Q exited the elevator wearing a tight Ed Hardy shirt, dark loose jeans and bright green shoes that matched his shirt, I couldn’t help but think he cleaned up nice.

“Damn Shauna we’re going to be the hottest people there!” He laughed as he hugged me and led me out the door.

“For a hockey player Mr. Howden you clean up nice.” I winked as we climbed into the taxi Q had paid for.

“I know I do,” His cockiness was hilarious I have to admit.

Just as he anticipated all eyes inside the club fell on us when we walked entered the club. I couldn’t help but feel insecure again, I hated people staring at me, the question ‘What is wrong with me’ always ran through my head.

“Come shakey lets go sit down, we’ll dance in a bit.” Q led me over to V.I.P. section again and the guard nodded while removing the velvet rope, allowing us inside.

“So are these guys all hockey guys again?” I asked as I sat down in the empty couch near the bar and dance floor.

“Yes mam, Most of them are NHLers though. Think any of them are cute?” He reached around my waist and pulled me in, “Bet they think you are.”

I smiled and turned toward his adorable smile, “Shut it Howden.” I smacked his arm lightly and got up, I was ready to dance. “Dance time, lets go Q!”

OMG by Usher started playing as soon as me and Q started dancing, well at least he was dancing I didn’t really know how. He turned me so my back was against his chest and placed his hands on my hips while dropping his face into the crook of my neck, making us look like an actual couple.

“Is this normal dancing Q?”

“Yeppp.” We danced for a couple more songs and each of us took a shot every time a waitress lady would dance by with a tray of them. About an hour into or club night I was starting to feel drunk while it was obvious Q had snuck a couple extra shots when I wasn’t paying attention.

“Sh-Sh-Shauna I’m go-gonna go sit down.” I laughed as he removed his hands and headed toward the table leaving me there just staring.

“Want a drink?” A guy a bit taller then me with blonde-ish hair and blue eyes asked as he handed me a pink, what looked to be, martini.

“Sure, thanks.” I said as I clutched the drink and took a sip.

“I’m Bobby by the way. Bobby Ryan, whats your name?” It was kind of hard to hear him considering the music was blasting.

“Shauna, Shauna Jeno.” I said as I took another sip and look into his eyes, the minute I looked into them I felt my knees buckle a bit.

“So you from around here Shauna?” He asked as he gingerly grabbed my hand, “Follow me, you might spill your drink out here.” He was right more people had started dancing and a lot my bumping and grinding was happening around us.

He led me over to the bar and pointed toward a stool which I gladly sat in, man did heels hurt.

“Nope, I’m from New York, What about you?”

“All over, New Jersey, California, and Owen Sound, Where in New York if you don’t mind me asking?”

“Oh wow, no I don’t mind,” I laughed and took another long sip, “Buffalo! What brings you here?”

He smirked and turned around to wave to someone that had yelled his name, “Same reason you’re here.”

I was beyond confused he looked to be older then me but maybe the alcohol was hitting me. “What?”

“Shauna Jeno, Miss Shattuck Boston College future NHL Allstar, you’re here for the prospects thing am I right?” I couldn’t help but laugh, NHL Allstar? Really? I knew for a fact I wasn’t that good.

“Well yeah, NHL Allstar though? Not really.”

“By the way you’re playing you will be. You’re easily the best one here.”

I swear I must of turned as red as a tomato.

“Thanks, I take it as your already an NHLer, or you just look older, Have we played each other yet?”

He let out a laugh and looked me in the eyes with an intense happy look, “Yeah, I play for the Ducks. Nope, tomorrow we do, take it easy on me.”

“Yeah okay Bobby,” We continued talking and eventually flirting with each other for another hour before Q came over.

“Bobby Ryan? Nice to meeee-eet youuu bbbr-br-brooo-oh,” He shook Bobby’s hand and tried to whisper, but in his drunked state practically yelled, into my ear, “Heeeyy Sh-Sh-Shauna, Bobby’s a NHLerrrr, I thinkkkk he-he likes you-uuu.”

I turned red again and tried to fake laugh but being as awkward as I was I ended up just staring down at my drink.

“Quinton Howden, I’m thinking you should head on back to your hotel soon.”

“Yeaah I I I am I juss gotta get Shauna, Come come Sh-Sh-auna.” Q started heading towards the VIP exit.

“Shauna,” Bobby said as I hopped down my stool and brush out my dress.

“Yeah Bobby?”

“Want to go to lunch after our game tomorrow?” I smiled and nodded, he was so nice and sweet how could I say no? Then again I wasn’t dumb, I knew the hockey boy stereotype all to well.

“Yeah, that’d be nice…”

“I’m not like other hockey guys.” I didn’t know whether to believe him or not but one lunch together couldn’t hurt.

I smiled back toward him, grabbing the phone he held out toward me and added my number, “Let’s just meet up after the game then, I’ll see you tomorrow.”

He nodded and led me outside to the drunk Q sitting on the edge of the street, We hugged for a minute and I couldn’t help but feel warm inside, he seemed so genuine but I wasn’t dumb, we met at a club.

“See you tomorrow.” He whispered into my ear before walking back into the club and stopping at the door to get one last look at me.

I called over a taxi and took the money Q handed me and we were on our way.
The hotel stood high and bright even though it was 2am and it matched any of the buildings around us in Toronto.

Q and I said our goodbyes as he stumbled into his room when I entered mine, I took off my clothes and heels reflecting on the night that went by so fast. I feel asleep in a matter of seconds of climbing into my covers.

That Thursday morning went by quick again, I woke up took a shower, watched TV and NHL on the Fly for 3 hours and got breakfast before heading to the rink. I brought along the one of the few decent outfits I had packed. I decided to wear my dark wash True Religion jeans, my mom had bought me before college along with a rose shrug halter, rose TOM’s and my favorite Hello Kitty earrings.

Emerson and I met in the lobby again and he asked why I had brought a book bag, I told him it was because I was going out to lunch after with Bobby Ryan and Emerson decided to tell me all about him on the way to the rink because they were both from So Cal.

The minute I entered the rink I locked eyes with Bobby leading him to walk over. Emerson left before telling me he had my back.

“Helloooo” He said as he put his hand on the small of my back, “Where’s you stuff?” He asked looking around.

“Hi, I leave it here in my locker room.”

“Ah too good to hang with the boys.” He laughed and winked at me, “Are you prepared to dangle everyone today?”

I shook my head with a smile and started walking toward the entrance to locker rooms, “I guess so, Don’t go easy on me though.” I wasn’t kidding either, I wanted to prove myself out there I only could hope everyone else was going 100%.

“Oh Shauna, So Naïve,” He smiled as he pulled me into his body when we stopped outside my locker room door, “I’m not allowed to go easy, none of us NHLers are, we’re here to practically kill you guys, not that I’d ever do that to you…” I pushed open the door with my back while he slinked his arms around my waist, “See you later,” He kissed my cheek and I disappeared into my room to get prepared for the game.

On the ice me and Bobby didn’t talk, we fought it out every shift because we were always parried against each other. During the game I also experienced my first ‘Chirp’ from a NHLer when Milan Lucic, that’s what Emerson said his name was, After he checked me into the boards, in the middle of the 3rd. He said I didn’t deserve to be playing and that I was a ‘pussy.’ I laughed at him which earned me a pissed look and I skated away back to the bench where I repeated what had just happened to Emerson who also laughed.

The next shift out I was yet again set against Milan which I took full advantage of. He had the puck going out of his defensive zone and I was just getting off my bench, I had one opportunity to set him into place in which I did. Emerson forced him over towards our boards with the puck and the moment I jumped out I skated a tight circle back toward my bench and checked him into it giving me the puck. As I skated away I heard him yell out ‘Bitch’ but it didn’t matter. I was faster then everyone else and ended up at the blue line on a two on two with my other line mate. I banked the puck off the boards and skated straight around the defensemen picked up and the puck and took a quick slap shot right by the right ear of the goaltender. I smiled triumphantly when I skated by Milan to give my line mates fist bumps, he scowled right back at me.

We won the game 2-1, my goal being the game winner. Bobby skated over to me after and hugged me, telling me to meet him in the lobby. I told Emerson I’d have Bobby drive me back so he didn’t have to wait around. Lucky for me the bathroom that was connected to my locker room had a hair dryer and mirror, I was blessed with good hair genes that made it so my hair never looked greasy or frizzy.

Bobby was waiting for me out in the lobby, like he said, with a group of guys and the lovely Milan.
Bobby noticed me the minute I walked through the door and immediately came over and slinked his arm around my shoulders.
“So was there another girl on the ice or?” He asked as he led me back to his group.

“What?”

“You look like your straight out of a magazine and not a hockey game.” He twirled one of my curls on his finger, “And you smell delicious.” I would thank my mother when I got home for putting a bottle of Victoria’s Secret spray in my bag.

“Yeah Okay, you look…ehhh…” He stopped walking and turned toward me with a questioning smirk. “Alright I guess.” He laughed and lowered his arm to my back.

“Hey boys this is the girl that’s dangled all of our asses, Shauna these are just some NHL douche bags,” He winked at me and snatched a drink from one of the guys.

The guys all nodded except Milan who just stood there in his stupid Bruins shirt with his arms folded across his chest.

“You play hockey college?” All the guys laughed and the guy with broken English turned red.

“He’s not good with English,” A different older looking guy said. “He’s Geno, I’m Vinny.”

“Nice to meet you, and yeah I played BC.” I said feeling awkward, all the guys were just starring at me and whispering to each other.

“Boston College Geno, And I’m Ryan Miller” Ryan extended his hand toward me, “Nice shot by the way.”

I shook his hand and the rest of the guys introduced themselves, I don’t remember any of them besides Vinny, Geno and New Ryan.

Bobby and I said our goodbyes and headed out, We walked about a block and got on a public bus. He wouldn’t tell me where we were going but we stayed on the bus for about 15 minutes. We sat in a comfortable silence, His arm around my mid-section and my head leaned on his shoulder.

“You tired?” He asked as he rubbed my thigh.

“Yeah, A little bit.” I said and yawned.

“You have a cute yawn, We’re here.” He chuckled and I lifted my head but felt my whole body move, Bobby had picked me up bridal style and was carrying me out the bus doors.

“Shut it, I have an ugly yawn, I wasn’t this tried!” He smiled and let me down.

“No I wasn’t kidding,” He held out his hand and I grabbed it as he lead me into the CNN tower.

“Why are we going in here?”

“Lunch duhhh!” He winked as he opened the door. “And I’m paying.”

I shook my head as we entered the elevator, he held me so my back was to him and his head was on the top of my head.

“Beautiful isn’t it?” I said as we looked out the glass elevator windows toward Toronto and the lake.

“Not as beautiful as you.” I smiled and turned to face him, His eyes were ice blue and he’s smile was beyond cute, he had a little boy face but it worked perfectly with his impeccable body.
The doors opened to an empty restaurant and a waitress waiting for us.

“Hello Mr. Ryan, Welcome to 360.”

“Thank you, Want to sit by the window Shauna?”

I nodded as the waitress led us to a table with two couches. We sat down and Bobby handed me the beverage menu, He told me to get what I want and then excused himself to use the bathroom.

2 minutes later He was back and the waitress was too, I ordered a strawberry smoothie and Bobby ordered a Molson.

“So Shauna what’s your story?” I smiled and thought for a minute, I didn’t know if could really trust him but he seemed genuine so I gave him a shot.

“Well I was born in February 92 in Buffalo. My dad played football for the Bills and my mom does attorney work, My brothers play in the NFL and I’m here, playing hockey.”

He laughed and shook his head, “I would of thought you’d be a cheerleader or something with that background.”

“Well my mom tried putting me in cheerleading but I hated it.”

“How’d you get into hockey then?” He looked up from me to the waitress as she set both drinks down and asked for our orders. Bobby ordered a pulled pork sandwich and I got same, I didn’t really feel like looking through the menu. Someone wanted to hear my story, the 1st time since Shattuck and Jon.

“Some kid at school told me that I couldn’t play it so I wanted to prove him wrong and I guess I just fell in love with it. Do you know Pat?” I figured they played each other in the league.

“Pat Kane? Hell yeah we played on the Olympic team together, You’ve played with him? Kids nuts. I’m happy that kid told you that you couldn’t play otherwise I wouldn’t of met you.”

I blushed a bit and looked back out the window, He was for sure flirting.

“Yeah, we played together for like half a year and I met up with him Tuesday, he’s changed a lot. Aw, I’m happy he told me too, I wouldn’t of met you. The Olympics? Wow, how’d we do?”

“Kids defiantly a wild child, Yep, Why didn’t you play? You could of played in the women’s one if not ours, got silver,” He paused for a minute and frowned, “I wish we could of won.”

“That’s how we are in Buffalo, It was during BC season and I never got asked, Silvers really good though! I wish I could of watched a game.” I sympathetically smiled at him, I know a little bit of what a devastating lost feels like, With Shattuck in one of my later we made it to the national championship finals and lost.

“Yeah it sucked, and some of my Duck teammates won gold and like to rub it in my face.” He looked back up at me as the waitress set our food down. I nodded, I felt bad for him but I’d feel even worse after I learned what his childhood was like.

We dug in and after 15 minutes of silence and chewing I was full and Bobby had stopped eating.

“What about you?” I asked as I poked my fork with a piece of the side salad lettuce stuck on it.

“Ummm,” He looked around as if he didn’t want people to hear, “Can I ask you something 1st?”
“Sure, Do you want me to get the waitress or something?” I asked, I was honestly confused, He looked so sad or hurt I couldn’t tell.

“No, Just can I trust you?”

“Wh-What?” Why did he need me to trust him, he could trust me I just didn’t understand why he wanted to.

“you’re different, its obvious.”

“Is that a good thing that I’m different?” I let out a nervous laugh and sipped my smoothie.

“Yeah, my childhood was rough and I don’t like telling people about it…” He took a swig of his beer and continued talking about his life, “My names not really Bobby Ryan,”

“Huh?”

“I’m really Bobby Stevenson, I grew up in Jersey and moved to Canada because of, um” He thought for a moment, “Family complications.”

I took another sip of my smoothie never losing eye contact with Bobby and not letting go of his hand.

“We moved around Canada and Alaska looking for a place to play good hockey, Somehow we ended up in California, near L.A., My parents changed our last names to Ryan then.”

“Why?”

“We’ll save that for another time, its complicated, anyways I played hockey there for a bit then me and my mom moved to Michigan and my dad went back to NJ. I played in the OHL for a bit then got drafted by the Ducks, Crosby went to the Pens that year, You played with him didn’t you?”

“Yeah! At Shattuck! He always had the Gatorade in his room.” Bobby’s straight face turned into a smile at that.

“Yeah, He’s cool, guys think his a whimp but whatever, So here I am in the NHL, with a beautiful date in Toronto.”

I lightly smacked his hand and shook my head while the waitress dropped the bill off and took our plates away.

“So now are you not finishing out your career at BC? Don’t you have 3 years left?”

“Nope, and yeah I would…I didn’t really like it there.” He tilted his head as if to ask why.

“Long story short when I compare the year at BC to any of my Shattuck years it fails. The guys didn’t respect me and even when I tried to be ‘Bros’ with them they ignored me and treated me like a ‘Puck Slut’.” I air-quoted Bros and Puck Sluts because those were their terms not mine.

“You led them to the title? They sound like bitches. You’re defiantly not a puck slut either.”

“Thanks Bobby,” I smiled at him as we both stood up.

“You’re welcome beautiful, Now where do you want to go?”

I snuck a peak at the clock on the wall, it was 6:30 and it’s not like I had plans tonight.

“I don’t know, Let’s just head back to the hotel, You could come back to my room so I’m not lonely though,” I said as Bobby gave the waitress exact cash at her desk in the entrance, ‘Keep the change’ he directed toward the lady.

“The Blackhawks play in an hour, You’re TV work?” We stepped into the elevator and descended back down the CN tower.

“Yep, HD my man.” I said as I leaned on wall.

“You are such a class act.” He said smiling. I had never met anyone with such an adorable smile, it gave me butterflies to say the least.

We walked back to the bus stop and hopped onto the bus that was waiting, the bus was beyond packed. The only spot open was one in the back across the isle from a sleeping hobo. Bobby led the way, sat down and patted his thighs.

“I can stand silly.” He wouldn’t take that for an answer, he grabbed at my hips and pulled me on top him, I couldn’t help but squeal, no doubt causing a scene.

“Well this is awkward,” He whispered into my ear as I leaned back onto him.

We got off the bus at the rink and we headed towards his car, a sleek black camaro.

The drive back to the hotel wasn’t bad, about 30 minutes even though you could walk it in 10. I led Bobby up to my room and said hi to the hung over Q and old Ryan in the floor’s lounge area. Both of them gave me a look when they realized Bobby was with me which I countered with an wink. They both fell into fits of laughter. For only knowing them for 3 days they were two of the funniest boys I played with.

“Jesus Shauna, Your rooms 20 times better then mine!” He said as I opened the door and he walked in, immediately he walked over to the French doors that led to a balcony that over looked Lake Ontario.

“It’s the Jeno treatment, all thanks to my daddy and brothers, you don’t mind if I change do you? Jeans aren’t my you know, comfy wear.”

“Actually I do,” He said without turning toward me, I just stood there shocked, then he turned around and smiled, “No go change I’ll get the TV ready.” He grabbed the remote and sat down on the couch by my bed.

I grabbed my Victoria’s Secret matching coral velour shorts and jacket with a plain white camisole, I wasn’t about to just walk around in my normal sports bra and shorts attire in front of him. I put my hair in a ponytail and changed in my bathroom after splashing my face with cold water, I needed to wake up a bit, I didn’t want to bore him to death.

“Hey there’s Patty!” I said as I walked in and reached into the fridge, “Want a drink?” I pulled myself out a water bottle and handed him one as he nodded. The game wasn’t going to start for another

I laid down on the end of my bed with my feet almost hitting the headboard. I patted the sport next to me for Bobby to come sit, the couch really wasn’t that comfy even though the way he was sitting it looked like it was.

He laid down next to me on his side and intertwined his feet with mine, the game was only 5 minutes in and Chicago was already beating Philly 1-0.

Bobby fell asleep mid-way through the 2nd with Chicago winning 2-0 thanks to Jon, Obviously I wasn’t the only one having trouble keeping my eyes open. It must have been around 8 when I turned off the TV and pulled myself closer to Bobby’s warm body. I placed my arm on his stomach and put my head on his chest. I feel asleep about 5 minutes later to the thumping of his heart and the sound of the ceiling fan spinning.

I woke up to Bobby moving me so that our heads were now by the headstand, “Bobby?” I whispered.

“Yeah? I’m leaving now sorry… I feel asleep.” He was moving away until I grabbed his hand.

“No, stay, what time is it?” It was pitch black, the TV and fan were both off to so all I could hear was his breathing.

“You sure? 4 a.m.” He whispered back as the bed creaked.

“Yes,” I turned myself so that we were facing each other and sat up removing my jacket, without the fan is was too hot underneath the blankets.

I sat back down and Bobby pushed himself so he was hovering over me.

“What?” I asked as I caught the flicker of his blue eyes catch mine.

“This,” He leaned down and kissed my lips sending a rush through my whole body, it was my 1st kiss and man did it feel good.

He sat back up and swung his leg over so he was straddling me and leaned down and kissed me again this time letting his tongue open my lips, He moved his hands and took off his shirt, throwing it to the side.

I wrapped my arms around his back and pushed him down and me back on top, releasing my mouth from his, I went to kissing his neck. He let out a small moan and put his hands on my hips pushing them down on his.

We stayed like this for 15 minutes him gripping onto my hips, drawing circles on my back and me creating a love-bruise on his neck. We broke apart and I lowered myself on my back next to him. His hand found mine and latched on while he asked “Shauna please tell me your legal.”

I let out a giggle and closed my eyes, “18 and a half. Please tell me your younger then 25.”

“Of course, 22.”
