Another diver was found on our beaches at four AM today. Identified as Jordan Wells, the twenty-eight-year-old left behind a wife and young daughter.
As the fourth in a string of brutal killings, police have released a theory of shark attack. No locals can validate this hypothesis, however, and the public is beginning to worry. There has been no movement to close the beaches as of this point.
Steve Jennings, a member of the first diving crew, lost his cousin James Roberts about two weeks ago in the first of the attacks. He gave both his statement and footage caught to the police, who have release neither, nor made any statements of their own.
Our town mourns the loss of another citizen and anxiously awaits the confirmed statement from officials to provide closure.
