Iris is seventeen. She's popular, but miserable. Her own brother did something so unimaginable, that she can't even believe it and can't tell anyone. Not only that, but she's also bulimic.
Emery is sixteen. He's really smart, really short, and really skinny. But he doesn't think so. Truthfully, Emery is anorexic, but he doesn't know it yet. Oh yeah, he's also gay.
Phoenix is seventeen. She doesn't really believe that she'll find love. We don't really know all that much about her, other than the facts that she's being tossed from foster home to foster home, she takes way too many pain pills, and cuts. But shhh, no one's supposed to know that.
These three, seemingly hopeless, teenagers will go through the motions of life with a little help along the way.
