In Love With a Stripper

I woke to the room being completely dark except from the bedroom door being slightly cracked where I could see light coming into my room. Seeing the door opened like that made me smile knowing that Syn was out there some where in the apartment listening to the signs of me stirring or needing help.

Uncurling myself from the upright fetal position that I was in I scooted to the edge of the bed and stood up. Stretching lightly I worked out some kinks and then walked out into the hallway and then down the hall where I heard the TV. Once in the room I stopped in my tracks when I saw Zacky sitting on the couch, “Where’s Brian?” I asked not wanting to be in the same room with him.

“He and the guys went to go pick up some food orders from different places since he knew you’ll be waking up,” he said as he continued to stare at the TV.

“Then why are you here?” I asked him a little rudely.

“Syn told me to make sure that you were okay if you woke before he got back.”

Letting out an annoyed sound I sat down on the other couch and curled into a comfortable position and turned my eyes to the TV. Until suddenly the TV was turned off, “Excuse me, but can you turn the TV back on? I was watching it,” I told him as my eyes meet his.

“I know, but not until we talk,” Zacky said as he turned towards me.

I faced him as well, “We have nothing to talk about. So, turn the TV back on before I do something,” I threathened him.

“Not until we talk, please.”

“What do we have to talk about, Zacky? There’s nothing to say,” I told him again.

He let out a sigh and ran his hand through his hair, “There is something left to say and I just want to say that I am sorry. For every thing that I’ve done I am sorry.” I didn’t say anything to him as I stared and listened to him talk, “You see the only reason I ran the other girls away and tried to run you away was because I love him,” he told me as he put his head in his hands.

“Of course you love him and he loves you too. You’re like brothers,” I told him as I started to worry over his reaction.

“No Robbi, you don’t understand. I am telling you that I am IN love with Brian. I have been for a while,” as he said those words he lifted his head and looked me straight in the eyes and I finally got what he was saying.

A little gasp escaped my lips, but we where interrupted as the guys started filing into the room carrying all types of takeout boxes and bags, “Hey Babe you’re awake. How long have you been up,” Syn asked as he came and sat next to me on the couch.

“Just a few minutes,” I answered him as he gentled pulled my body to his side and wrapped his arm around me.

“Are you hungry?” he asked me as he kissed the side of my head.

“Starving,” I told him and then I moved myself carefully to the floor so that I was right I front of the coffee table that housed all the food. Wanting to take my wandering mind from the conversation I just had with Zacky. I concentrated on eating all the food that was in front of me.

After a while of pure silence while I was eating I looked up to see what was wrong, but I just came into contact of the guys looking at me with open mouths, “What?” I yelled as I dropped the slice of meat lovers pizza back onto my plate and looked at all the guys.

“It’s nothing, really. It’s just that we’ve never seen you get so much so fast,” Johnny stated as he took a bite of his pork fried rice which I ended up snatching from him.

“Well, duh, I’m pregnant. Being pregnant makes you hungry,” I said with sarcasm. Rolling my eyes I went back to eating and the guys turned on the PS3 and started paying games leaving me to myself. After a while I started to get restless and I struggled to get up.

As I was struggling I felt hands wrap around my upper arms and haul me up. Once I was up I looked to see Zacky standing next to me, “Can we talk in the next room,” he whispered and I nodded my head since the other guys were not paying attention.

We quickly and quietly made our way to the back and into Brian’s bedroom. Rounding on him I pointed my index finger at Zacky and said, “Explain.”

Bowing his head he told me everything. As he spoke I went to sit on the bed and listened to him as he told me about every relationship that he broke up of Syn’s just so no one could have him and how in the past Brian never really cared until he met me. That’s when everything started to change and that when he started to get jealous of me because some one finally had Brian’s love and it wasn’t him.

It was then that I started to understand Zacky and I experienced an emotion towards him besides hate and disgust. I felt pity for him. All these years he had been hiding a secret from all his friends and he didn’t know what to do or how he was going to tell them.

I knew that in that moment I had to go to Brian and tell him that I wanted to be with him. After everything Zacky told me I knew that I had to honor our love, I had to be with him and love him. I knew this deep down inside that we were meant to be.
