Chapter Fifty-Four
I woke up to the sound of knocking. I groaned in pain as I rolled off and fell on my rear. I sighed before running by eyes and answering the door.
"Rien? What's up?"
"Oh, um..I was wondering if you and I could hang out together. You know, like friends."
"Sure. I'll meet you up at Sunshine, ne?"
"S-sure!"
I rolled my eyes at his nervousness before shutting the door and walking to the bathroom to shower.

I sighed as I looked at myself through the mirror. I wore a simple black Tee-shirt that was stitched with silver lettering,"Fuck off. Not in the mood to be dealt with." though I wore a small grey jacket that hung under my breast to hid the cursing. I wore simple black jeans with the gloves Shizuo-san had given me for my birthday and sneakers. I quickly grabbed my keys and phone until I gazed at the back of the portable technology and scoffed before shoving it deep in my pocket.
I grabbed a granola bar and ate it along the way to Sunshine.
"Rien? What's up?"
