"You have absolutely no idea how much I fucking love you." I whispered shakily as I kissed his closed eye lids. I let my silent tears fall freely as my head rested on his chest, listening to his steady heart beat. My hands gripped the soft blue plush blanket below him and I curled my body to mold perfectly with the way his was positioned.
What if I had lost him? I could never have lived with that.
"Aiden." He whispered in his sleep, his pale soft lips staying parted as he breathed. I smiled and lightly pecked them then nuzzled my head into his chest.
"My sweet little Akita..." I murmured, closing my eyes and letting slumber take me away.
