One Big Happy Family

Zacks POV:
I woke up and looked at the clock, it was almost 9 am. I got up and took a shower and then went out to the livingroom. I picked up my phone off the couch and i had a text, it was from Ashlee. It said: Zack dont forget, you need to pick me up at 12 for the appointment -Ashlee :). I smiled, today was the day we were going to see our baby, if there was one. I talked to Alex last night and he said those test were not the most reliable. Later that day i picked Ashlee up and went to the appointment, we got to the doctors and signed in and only had to wait ten minutes before being called in.

"Ashlee Connor?" a nurse said

"Thats me" Ashlee said getting up pulling me with her

"Follow me" the nurse said and lead us to a room

We went in a exam room and the nurse told us that the doctor would be in soon. Ashlee sat on the exam table and i sat on a chair, i could tell she was nervous because she was moving her leg. I grabbed her leg and she tryed to kick me. I picked up a pregnancy pamphlet off the table and began to read it and Ashlee looked at me weird.

"Zack why are you reading that?" she asked

"Because im gonna be daddy i wanna be informed. Did you know that when your water breaks it can be like a little bowl of water or like a giant gallon of water?" i said

"Ewww Zack. And yeah i know" i said and there was a knock at the door and the doctor walked in

"Hey guys" the doctor said

"Hi" we said

"So Ashlee your here because you think your pregnant?" the doctor said

"Yeah" Ashlee said

"Okay and is this the father?" the doctor said pointing to me

"Yep, thats my boyfriend Zack" Ashlee said

"Hi Zack its nice to meet you, im glad your here" the doctor said

"Nice to meet you to and im glad i came" i said

"Okay Ashlee lay back and lets take a look" the doctor said and Ashlee laid back and the doctor lifted her shirt and rubbed the gel stuff on her and a few minutes later we heard a heart beat and could see the tiny baby

"Woah" Ashlee said

"Yep, looks like your pregnant. About almost 8 weeks. Congrats" the doctor said

"Thanks" we said

"I'll print you out a picture and then you need to go to the front desk and schedule your next appointment and then your all set" the doctor said

"Alright" Ashlee said

"Okay here you go your all set, once again. Congrats" the doctor smiled at us

"Thanks" we said and left

We left and decided to go out for lunch, we deffinetly need to talk and sort everything out. We went to a resturaunt and got nachos to share. Ashlee seemed to be in her own world, it kind of worried me. I had a feeling that i knew what was on her mind so i decided that now would be a good time to talk.

"Ashlee, whats going on babe?" i said

"Nothing?" she said confused

"You deffinetly have somthing on your mind. What is it?" i asked

"Well dont you have stuff on your mind now to?" she asked

"Ashlee" i sighed

"Im thinking about the baby. I mean now that we know im actually really pregnant its nerve wracking, im just scared. Plus i need to tell my parents" she said

"Babe believe me it hit me hard to, its all becoming real. But its gonna be okay were gonna raise the baby together and everything will be okay. And if you want we'll go tell your mom and dad after this" i said

"Yeah, we should go tell my parents-. Zack!, we both live alone we cant have it like that when the babys born. Oh man what the hell are we gonna do!. We are not prepared at all" she said slightly freaking out

"Ashlee we have time to work that out, believe me when i say everythings gonna be okay" i said

"Zack i dont no, were both not ready were just not ready!. You'll have to tour again, i mean not not because of the studio and with Alex being with his kids. But you will have to tour again and i'll be alone and i cant do it alone i cant!" sne said freaked out

"Ashlee calm down everythings gonna be fine, when we tour you'll have my parents, your parents Sophie. You'll have people to help you. Babe its gonna be okay" i said

"I guess your right" she said

"I know i am, now why dont we go talk to your parents after this okay?" i said and she nodded

We finished up at the resturaunt and then we left and went to Ashlees parents house to tell them the good news. Hopefully their gonna be happy. We got to her parents and i got out and she didnt move, i laughed and motioned her to follow and she did. We walked up the path and Ashlee walked right in the house.

"Mom, dad?. Are you guys home?" Ashlee yelled

"Were in the kitchen" her mom yelled and we walked into the kitchen to see her parents and her grandma. I started to get nervous because her grandma wasnt into sex before marriage, im sure she'll be mad

"Hey sweetie, hey Zack" her mom said looking away from the pie she was making

"Hey" we said

"What are you two doing here?" she asked

"We need to tell you guys somthing" Ashlee said

"Okay, whats going on?" her mom asked continuing to cook

"Mom this is serious so we like really need your attention" Ashlee said and her mom looked up worried

"Whats going on Ashlee, are you okay?" her dad asked

"Im fine" she said

"Are you okay Zack" her dad asked totally confused by the whole situation

"Totally fine" i said

"Whats wrong then Ashlee?" her mom asked freaked out

"Okay, mom dad...grandma. Im pregnant" Ashlee said

"Really!?" her mom said

"I went to the doctor today to confirm it, almost two months" Ashlee said

"Awww!, congradulations you two!" her mom said hugging us

"Thanks" we said

"Daddy, grandma. What do you think?" Ashlee said

"Im happy for you two as long as your sticking around Zack" her dad said serious

"I deffinetly am" i said

"Then congrats" her dad said hugging her and shaking my hand and we thanked him

"I cant believe this" her grandma said walking away

"Ignore her. This is deffinetly exciting news" her mom said and we both smiled
