One Big Happy Family

-Fast forward a month-

Sophies POV:
I woke up and turned over to face Alex, he was fast asleep. He looked so peacful. I just decided to lie there since the babys were still asleep. While i was day dreaming i heard a beep, i picked up my phone and i got a text from Melinda. It said: Sophie can you and Alex help me move into Jacks house?. If so then meet me at my house at 12 -Melinda X :). A few weeks ago Melinda decided she wanted to live with Jack, i didnt think she'd move this fast. I texted her back saying we'd help. I went to get up only to be pulled down by Alex.

"Alex" i whinned

"Shhh, the babys are sleeping. Enjoy the silence" he said pulling me close keeping his eyes shut

"Babe i wanna take a shower" i said and he opened his eyes

"Can i join?" he asked

"No because i actually wanna bathe" i said pulling away and getting up

"Damnit!" he said

"Why dont you make youself useful and go make food, oh and were helping Melinda move today" i said

"Fine" he sighed and i left the room

I took a shower and then got dressed, i decided to wear my yellow skinny jeans and blue v-neck t-shirt. After we had breakfast and fed the babys and Alex was showered and dressed and the babys were bathed and dressed we hungout for a while then left. We dropped the babys off at my parents and then went to Melindas house, which was only like a ten minute drive from my parents. We got there and Jack and Rian were putting a box in Melindas car.

"Hey people" i said as we got out of the car

"Hey!, nice pants" Rian said

"Thanks, so what can we help with?" i asked

"Well right now Melinda is packing up the kitchen, so you can see if she needs help" Jack said

"Mkay" i said and we went inside

We walked into the kitchen and Melinda was putting plates in a box. I looked around her house, it had boxes everywhere. She finished putting stuff in a box and taped it closed. She turned and when she saw us she jumped.

"Woah!, you two scared me" she said

"Sorry. I cant believe your actually moving in with Jack now, this is fast" i said

"Yeah well its easy to move when your moving in with someone" she said

"Yeah. So how can we help?" i asked

"Uhmm...well actually, Alex if you wanna you can finish putting everything in here in boxes for me and then throw out all the food. And Sophie you can help me put my matress in the uhaul" she said

"Okay" Alex said and i nodded

"What are you gonna do with all this furniture?" i asked

"Well were keeping the bed because Jack said he wanted to use it for the guest room, the rest im just gonna give to good will" she said

"Cool" i said and we walked to her bedroom

We pulled all the bedding off her bed and put it in boxes. We grabbed the matress and started to push it out the door, it was really hard. After we got it out of the hallway it was easy to move outside and into the uhaul. We went back inside and pushed the two boxes from her room out to the front porch, Rian and Jack were gonna move them for us. After we did that we went back to the kitchen and Alex was eating a ice cream sandwich and putting a blender in a box.

"Alex, what the hell?" Melinda said

"Hmmm?" he said

"Your eating my food?" she asked

"Your throwing it out anyways" he said picking up another empty box and started putting her utensils and other small things away

"Alex those ice cream sandwiches have been in the freezer since may" she said

"Ewwww" i said

"Well the experation date said halloween, so..." he said trailing off

"Still thats nasty. Did you atleast throw all the food away?" Melinda said

"Yes i did, i also peed in the sink" he said

"What!?" she said

"Just kidding. But i do need to pee really bad" he said and ran off to the bathroom

"Your husband is discusting" she said

"I know" i said

"Wanna help me pack my clothes?" she asked

"Sure" i said and we went to her room

About a hour and a half later we finally had all her stuff packed up, Rian drove the uhaul to Jacks while we all followed in our cars. When we go to Jacks we had to unpack everything, that was beyond exhausting. Once we had her all unpacked we decided to go out for lunch. We went to the diner and all sat in a booth.

"Well that was the hardest thing ive done in a while" Alex said

"Yeah i know" i said

"Yeah it was, thanks for helping though you guys" Melinda said

"No problem" i said and Alex and Rian nodded

"This is awesome im so glad your living with me now" Jack said

"Im glad i am to" Melinda said and kissed Jack
