One Big Happy Family

Alex's POV:
The next day i woke up to Casey crying, i sighed and got up and went to the nursery. I picked up Casey and went out to the kitchen and made a bottle for her. I was kinda surprised when she took it since i was just guessing that was the problem. I walked around the kitchen and then somthing caught my eye, the answering machine was flashing. I went over to it and hit play and it was a message from my mom. She said she couldnt watch the babys for me since she was busy. I got annoyed because i was gonna have to take the babys to the studio, not good. Later me and the babys went to the studio and when we walked in everyone looked confused.

"Hey Alex, why'd you bring the babys?" Jack said

"Nobody could babysit" i said

"Okay well shes mine" he said getting up and taking Caseys carseat from me and sitting back in his chair and he took her out of the carseat

"Alright so whats on the agenda today?" i said sitting down on the couch and taking Micah out of his carseat

"Uhmmm you need to record vocals, Rian needs to record drums and uhmm...i dont no, Zack what else do we need to do?" he said

"Well your gonna hate this-" Zack started but i cut him off

"Ughhh i hate it already" i said throwing my head back

"Yeah. Well we need you to redo vocals on the last two songs you recorded last night because some how the stuff wasnt saved or somthing" Zack said

"Nooooo" i whinned

"Yesss" Zack mocked me

"Go record" Rian said picking up Micah

"What the hell why'd both of you take my children?" i laughed

"Because i love this girl and Rian just wants you to go do your work" Jack said

"Okay" i sighed and got up and went into the booth

I went into the booth to record the two songs from yesterday, i was annoyed because i was already feeling stressed and this added to it. Today was one of those days where you get mad and your not sure why. After recording the two songs Rian went in to record his parts, i was happy that i had gotten those two songs out of the way. I was sitting next to Zack listening to Rian while holding Micah and he started pulling my hair.

"Micah, daddys working" i said pulling his hand away

"Rian redo that part you messed up" Zack said to Rian over the microphone

"No i didnt" Rian said confused

"Yes you did" Zack said and we all nodded

"I was thinking last night that like maybe we should change bridge to this song when it comes to drums because-" i started but Micah smacked me in the face and giggled

"Awww" Jack said from behind me and i spun my chair around and glared

"Micah listen you need to stop, daddys busy" i said after i spun my chair back around i was starting to get agrivated. Theres loud music, im trying to focus and Micahs distracting. It was getting annoying

"Here hand him to me" Zack said and i passed Micah over to him and then i heard the door open and i looked over and it was Avery

"Hey guys" Avery said

"Hey" we said

"Awww the babys are here!" she said excited

"Yep, nobody was around to watch them" i said and Casey started crying

" Looks like their sick of this place" she said

"Probably" i said

"You know i have a double stroller in my car, i have it for when i watch my two neices. If you want i can take them on a walk" she said

"Really?, that'd be awesome!" i said

"Okay, here Zack hand him over. Jack come with me i'll need your help" she said as Zack gave her Micah and then her and Jack left

Once Avery left i felt so much more relieved, i think having the babys around was just like putting pressure on me. Jack came back a few minutes later and we got back to work. Within a hour we managed to get a lot done, Rian finished almost all the drum stuff he needed to do. We gave Rian a break and i went back to recording and it was a lot easier to do when the babys wernt here. About fifteen minutes into recording Avery came back, i saw Jack pick up Casey looking freaked out. I dropped the headphones and left the booth.

"Avery, what the hell happened!?" i said walking in the room and Casey was crying

"Alex relax everythings fine" she said

"Jack looks scared, what happened to my baby?" i said

"Nothings wrong Alex, i just saw Casey crying and was alarmed" Jack said

"Micah just like hit her in the face, shes okay" Avery said

"Really?, im so glad to hear that because i really thought somthing bad happened" i said taking Casey from Jack

"Bringing your babys here was a bad idea" Rian said

"Tell me about it" i said and Casey looked over at Rian and glared

"Awww, hahaha. She totally understood that Rian" Jack said

Later after we finished up at the studio i went hoome and Jack followed. We laid the babys on their play mat and they instantly were preocupied. Me and Jack decided to look through the box of old toys my mom gave us, it was all my toys from like when i was a baby until like 5. When i opened the box the first thing i saw was my stuffed bear that i lost with a note attached to it, i got so excited to see it.

"Tommy!" i said picking him up and took the note off him and read it. It said: Alex i found him at the back of the attic and fixed him up, happy? :) -mom

"You named a toy Tommy?" Jack laughed

"Dude this bear was like my brother i loved him, i lost him one day while my parents were cleaning when i was little and i havnt seen him since!" i said hugging Tommy

"Weird. Are you gonna give him to Micah and Casey?" he asked

"Hell no! hes mine im keeping him for myself" i said

"Are you gonna sleep with him to?" he asked

"Yes" i said

"Wow, Sophies gonna love that" he said sarcastic and i punched him in the arm
