Save your heart.

Enchanted.

At the end of the day, the boys, Dakota and I, went to "Emergency Exit", a bar the guys visited frequently. We got in, and some boys greeted us (they were the only ones there). One of them came directly to me.

"Are you lost?" He winked at me.
"Hm...no..." I said.
"Don't you dare flirt with my best friend, Halvo." Dakota said, laughing.
"Time is money." He drank a sip of his beer. "So, what I was saying..." Halvo stopped talking.
"Jessie, this is Eric." John said from behind.
"So that's your name, right? Jessie." He did some kind of movement with his eyebrows, which made me giggle. I don't think he was trying to flirt, but he was really funny.
"Yes." I said, offering him my hand.
He gave me a handshake and John, him and I talked for a while.

"Come with me, I'll introduce you to everybody." John said to me. I liked meeting more people. "This is Justin." He said. "He's in a band with Halvo."
"A pleasure." I said, giving him a handshake. Later, he told me he was in another group called "Brighten".
"This one right here is Tim." John said. He looked a lot like Pat, but he was bigger. "He's Pat's brother and our manager." Ten point for me for guessing they were brothers!
"Hi." I said, smiling, receiving another handshake. My poor hands. There was another guy sitting by Tim's side.
"And he is..."
"Austin Gibbs." I said before John said his name. Austin Gibbs. I had never met someone whose CD I owned...wow. I'm not a crazy fan, but seeing he was right in front of me, kinda shocked me.
"It looks like she already knows my name." Austin said, laughing.
"Do you know him?" John looked at me.
"I enjoy his music." I answered.
"Glad you like it." Austin smiled and gave me a handshake -the last one-.

*John*

Jessie was talking to Dakota, Garrett and Pat.

"Tell us." Tim said and I laughed.
"She's hot, man." Austin said.
"To be honest, her looks weren't the first thing I focused on." I said. And it was true, when we got introduced to each other some weeks before, I thought her eyes were beautiful, nothing more.
"Oh, how deep." Tim joked.
"So are you two together...or what?"
"Since yesterday." I said.
"Seems like you've decided to settle down." Tim said.
"When did you meet her?"
"3 or 4 weeks ago. And yes, Tim. I like her." I nervously giggled. I like her.
"Well, I'm happy for you then." Tim tapped me on the shoulder.
"Does Halvo know?" Austin laughed.
"No." I laughed too.

I looked at Halvo and there he was, scratching his neck. Do you know when does he scratch his neck? When he's trying to flirt. Jessie was probably having fun, as she was laughing. What would be Halvo telling her? Who knows...Garrett got onto the top of the bar and cleared his throat.

"Well, boys and girls, men and women, choose a partner, 'cause it's dancing time!" Then he let out something similar to a scream, and jumped to the floor again.
Walter, the owner of the bar, turned the music on, looking at Garrett with a funny face.
"I Get Around" by the Beach Boys started playing, and I dance with Tim and Austin -there had to be a group of three people as the number of people at the bar wasn't even-. Halvo and Jessie we dancing together, and I'm pretty sure Halvo thought he was gonna hook up with Jessie.
"Partner change!" Garrett said, as the song finished. He approached to Dakota, who was dancing with Jared.

I hurried up and grabbed Jessie's hand before anyone could do it. The next song, contrary to the Beach Boys' one, was slow. "I Wouldn't Mind" by He is We. I rested my hands in Jessie's waist and she threw hers around my neck.
"I like this song." She said, almost whispering. "I'm not afraid anymore..." She sang, whispering. And in that moment, I grabbed her from the waist, leaned her back and kiss her. She smiled, and we kept dancing.

*Jess*

I loved it. For some reason, I thought that these kind of things only happened in the movies. Everyone stared at us, but I didn't care. And that wonderfully beautiful song was playing meanwhile. Much better than in the movies. Couldn't ask for anything better than listening to "I Wouldn't Mind" while dancing for the first time with John.

The next, and last song, was Lady Gaga's Poker Face. I danced with Dakota. I had a really good time, and it seemed like every new day beat the previous one. It was incredible.

After the dancing, Halvo came to me.
"I'm fucking sorry." He said.
"You don't have to be sorry! I had a good time talking to you." I smiled.
"What we will do more often, won't we?" He said.
"Sure." I winked at him, just as he had winked at me before.
"But don't try to flirt again with my girl or I'll have to kill you." John joked, who was walking past us.
"You could have told me, asshole." Halvo complained.
"It was funny watching you." He said.
"Fuck you, Johno." Halvo said.

Soon, it was time to go, and the boys said goodbye to Walter, who turned off the lights when Kennedy -the last- closed the door. All the boys left and Dakota, John, Garrett and me got into Garrett's car.

On our way home, the guys told me that Jared and Tim were the only ones that had a girlfriend. All of them seem to be super nice, and when I say all of them, I mean all of them. The one I talked the most to, was Halvo, who was super funny, too. I talked to Justin, too, and he told me about his two bands -A Rocket to the Moon and Brighten-. And Tim and Austin were nice guys, too. Out of the boys of the band, the one I talked the less to, was Kennedy. But hopefully, I'd get to know everyone more in the future (even though you could see how Pat was from 500 miles away).

Garrett parked outside home, and from outside, probably the next scene would be funny to see. Dakota and I got out of the car, Garrett sat on the co-driver's seat, and John sat right behind him. They opened the windows and put out their heads out of the windows. Dakota kissed Garrett and I kissed John. The wished us goodnight and we got home. Garrett went back to his seat and John sat on the co-driver's seat and the car left.

The dancing part is so awkward, I know. I can't imagine this being true, because it would make me feel even more awkward. But it's fiction, so it can happen whatever anyone wants to happen, and I needed that part to happen in order to write the first time John and Jessie dance.
I hope you this chapter :)
Again, I'm sorry for any mistakes I make, but I swear I try my best. I use 2 different dictionaries and it takes more than an hour to translate everything (I write first in Spanish, then translate it to English).
