You're the Only Person I Know
We headed back downstairs when we heard everyone come back from the store. They had returned with bags and bags of food. "I didn't want you to starve," Alex told me smiling, "Besides those unhelpful bastards at MTV are still paying for all of our expenses until the end of the day."
While everyone else settled on the couch to watch tv I helped Alex with breakfast. I really needed a distraction. Alex was a great cook and the food was delicious although I only ate a few bites. At around 12:00 pm Sarah stood up, "Ok guys it's time to say your goodbyes to the band. We need to head back so you all can get you luggage from the hotel we need to be at the airport by 1:30." Kyle, Dani, and Kristin all hugged the guys.
"Aren't you going to say goodbye," I asked Alex.
"No, you may not be living with me but I'm going to stay out here anyway. I need to make sure Pete takes care of you right."
I smiled a big smile and threw my arms around his neck in a hug. "You have no idea how glad I am to hear that! You're kind of the only person I know."
He laughed. "Yeah I guess so."
