F Is for Frowning

From the time little Juliet Teal Ciasceas was 4 years old she lived in the arkam city asylum, not for craziness, nor was it schizophrenia, but unlike any child born to a solid man, Teal shot and killed both her parents, then she confessed countless times to authorities and judges untill being admitted. But that was all 20 years ago.

At the asylum teal wasn't treated as a criminal, but as a child, as she acted like one: Whining and throwing fits if she didn't get what she wanted. wanting only sugar and sweet filled treats as food. Finding ways out of her cell, and conversing with people she shouldn't. But ulike a child, she had magical powers

Poison ivy was a mother figure to the small and wize teal, caring for what she said, but Ivy fooled her into breaking her out countless of times. Juliet didn't really mind being taken advantage of, she loved the attention they gave her when they would ask, but she felt lonely when they left her alone. Before they got there that's all there was, loneliness.

Small Teal goes to therapy sessions 3 times a week with mrs. Jane Forenski, who is a lesser known villain, and she wants Teal for her own.
