A Familiar Past
Chapter 15
Why here?
I walked through the streets of the Uchiha Estate; the rain pouring down. As I walked, I could see the past in my mind’s eye. The people talking, the kids running and playing, and everyone still alive. My clan, my family. The tears in my eyes ran down my cheeks.
Me: Why?
I spoke barely above a whisper.
Me: WHY?!
I screamed to the sky. A clap of thunder answering me as I fell to my knees. I cried, screaming out.
Why was all of this happening now? Why had all of it happened in the past? Why had my entire clan been killed? Itachi had betrayed us and left. Now Sasuke? Why did all of those nightmares have to repeat themselves? I turned to the sky.
Me: I’ve already lost one of them! Why do I have to lost the other one?!
I was answered by thunder once again.
Me: Tell me WHY?!
As the thunder answered me this time, I gave in. I bowed my head, covering my face with my hands as the rain fell harder.
