Kris POV

I lay in bed with Aury, watching her sleep. 

The sunlight peeked in the room through a space in the curtains, and the beam of light hit her right on her face, her hair glowing in the sun. 

Aury stirred and rolled into my chest. I chuckled. 

" quit staring at me. It's weird" she whispered, half asleep. 

I ran my fingers through her hair. " Im just observing your beauty"

She opened her eyes, rolling them as she sat up half way, the sheets slipping from her body, revealing her beautiful naked figure. 

I growled, licking my lips as I rolled on top of her. 

She laughed. " Kris! No! I have to get up!"

I kissed her throat, nibbling under her chin. 
" I want you to meet my parents" 

She stiffened. 
" What? Kris-"

" Aurelie. It's important to me. And they want to meet you. "

She sighed, running her fingers in some random pattern on my right shoulder. 

" When?" she asked after a while, blue eyes meeting mine. 

I grinned, kissing her on the lips quickly. 
" Friday. "

Her eyes widened, propping herself up on her elbows, our bare chest nearly flush. 

" Kristopher! That's tomorrow!" 

I shrugged, smirking. 
" Ok, so maybe I already told them to come down. No big deal" I rolled off her, letting her get out of bed. 

She turned her back to me, slipping on her blue silk robe as he stood up, tying the strings. 

" Why would you do that? Merde Kris! What if I had said no? What then!?" 

I groaned, climbing out of bed too so I could walk around the bed to wrap my arms around her. 

" Why are you making such a big deal about this?! What is so wrong with you meeting my parents?" I asked. 

She bit her lips, leaning her head against my chest. 

" Because I can't return the gesture."

I sighed, kissing the top of her head. " Everything will be fine. You'll see. "

She nodded," I trust you. Now really, I need to get ready. And so do you"

She was right. The doctors had finally cleared me to play again, and I had practice this morning. 

I nodded, watching her pull on her underwear with a sigh. 

" where are you going again? I forgot?"

She gave me an amused grin,"Julia and I are going out for the day"

I nodded. " When are we gonna set her and Sid up?"

She huffed, sending me a glare as she pulled up her jeans. 

" She hates him Kris. It will never work. "

I shook my head. " I disagree. They have sexual tension. She doesn't hate him. Just dislikes him. And Sid needs one good fling. It will be good for them. You don't have to like someone to fuck their brains out"

Aurelie spun around and slapped me on the chest. 

" Kristopher!"

I grinned. 

She rolled her eyes, pulling on her shirt, shoes in hand. 

" Good bye. " she whispered, missing my cheek. 

I grinned. " See you later!"

Aurelie POV

I stepped into the door of DeLucas to have breakfast with Julia. 

I spotted her at a corner booth and made my way through the people. 

" Bonjour. " I greeted. 
She rose an eyebrow. " Yo"

I shook my head, sitting down. 
" So what's good here?"

She gave me a startled look, making me nervous. 
" What?" I asked. 

" You've never been here before?"

I shook my head. 
Julia groaned, palming her face. " Leelee, DeLuca's is a staple in Pittsburgh society. It's like the best place to get breakfast. That's why it's so packed. "

I nodded, shrugging," I never have time to go out. I would t know. "

I waiter came up to our booth, and grinned. 

" Welcome to DeLuca's. What can I get you? "

I went to open my mouth, but Julia kicked my leg under the table 

" Owe! Sacre Bleau!" I groaned. 

Julia smiles," We'll both have the chocolate chip pancakes. With whip cream and strawberries. And I'll tak a coffee. Dark roast. Black. Aury?"

I glared at her," Orange juice, please." 

The waiter nodded, walking off as he scribbled on his little notepad. 

" What did you just order for me? It sounds like two days worth of calories! I can't eat that, Jules!"

She rolled her eyes, leaning back in her seat," Get over it. You're too skinny as is, Aury. Don't know what Kris holds onto."

I blushed, looking down. 
" Our personal relationship
Is none of your concern. " 
I told her. 
She shrugged. 

" So, when is the skating thing for your girls?"

I sighed," Two weeks. We're not ready. It will be horrible. "

Julia smacked my arm. " Damn Aury! Put some faith in those girls! I've seen them and they're all wonderful and  besides, they have Aurelie Girad coaching them. How many girls can say that?"

I smiled a little " true. I am the best. "

My friend grinned, " there's the self righteous bitch I know!" 

I rolled my eyes, but they widened as our waiter returned, two plates of ginormous chocolate chip pancakes, setting them on the table. 

"enjoy!" he said, walking off. 

Julia grinned," Just eat it. "

I groaned, holding my stomach 
" I have never eaten this much before. Never again. You are turning me into a fat American. "

Jules just laughed,"live a little. C'mon. Let's go do some shopping!"

She grabbed my hand, pulling me up and we walked to the podium to pay the bill, and exited the busy restaurant. 

" Where are we going?" I asked her, slipping on my sunglasses. 

" Uhmmm, how about Oliander?" she suggested. 

I frowned" Why would we go there?"

" Just trust me. Have I ever steered you wrong before?"

I turned to give her a pointed look as we turned the corner on the sidewalk into the shopping district. 

Soon we arrived at Oliander's, and I sighed, walking In behind her, bell dinging on the door. 

Th smell of fancy perfume wafted through the air as I took a good look around. 

Oliander's was first a foremost Pittsburgh's finest lingerie boutique. 

Julia gasped, dragging me over to a corner of the room that was full of lace. 

" Aury! Imagine; kris comes home from a rough game, and finds you dressed in his jersey, wearing this underneath!"

She held up a matching black and gold lace bra and thong. 

I rose an eyebrow," Penguins colors?" 

She nodded, laughing to herself. 

I sighed, staring at the lace. 

" Aury, babe. You would look so hot in it! Kris would devour you! You have to get it!"

I frowned. 

She set down the underwear. 

" Ok. Whats wrong?"

I told her all about how kris wanted me to meet his patents tomorrow after the game. 

She smirked," What? Are you nervous?" 

I nodded. " I never really dated. I've never had a boyfriend. This is all new, and scary. I don't know what I'm doing"

Julia pulled me out of the shop, and made me sit on the bench outside on the sidewalk. 

" You've really never had a boyfriend?

I shook my head. 
" No! I went straight from awkward to rebellious teen to being obsessed with skating. There was never time! I mean sure, I fucked. I fucked a lot. Especially when I was doing the drugs and the parties. But I've never had a relationship. And it seems I keep messing this one up. "

Julia had a hard expression on her face. Like she was thinking about something important to say. 

" Damn. Kris Letang as your first boyfriend? I'd say you did pretty good for yourself, Frenchie!" 

I laughed. 
Julia seemed to have a way of making everything seem better. 

A few hours later we were done, and we found our way to the rink where I knew the boys were finishing up practice. 

" You coming in?" I asked Jules. 
She shrugged, following me through the players entrance. 

The guard didn't even ask for ID. 
He already knew me. 

" Aury!" Jordan yelled as I walked around the corner. I gave a wave and turned to Julia. 

" Crosby is over there. Why don't you go piss him off?" I suggested with a grin. 

She gave me a mischievous look before scampering off. 

I turned and walked towards Kris, who had his back to me, putting something in his locker. 

I wrapped my arms around his bare back, kidding his shoulder. 

I felt him stiffed them relax. 

Kris turned around smiling, giving me a quick kiss. 

" What are you doing here?"
He grinned, wrapping his arms around me to hold me close. 

I shrugged. " we were close. Decided to stop by. "

" We?" Kris rose an eyebrow,"Jules Is here?"

I nodded my head toward the other side of the room where Sidney was arguing with her, waving his arms around whole hers were crossed in front of her. 

" They're going to fuck soon" Tyler Kennedy said from beside us. 

I nodded. 
" I'm afraid so. Hopefully no one will get hurt. "

Kris scoffed," I'd be more worried about her hurting him. We don't need our captain out on injury again"

TK nodded, clasping my shoulder before walking off. 

" Aurelie!?" Julia yelled. " Let's go! I'm tired of this asshole!" 

She grabbed my arm, yanking me with her. 

I waved by to kris and heard the guys laugh as i was drug out the room.
