Emily Foster, moves to England when she is seven and is brought up in a boarding school. Once her mother and father divorce she moves back to her home town of Kentucky with her mother for her senior year of high school. She has changed a lot and most of the people she used to know don't even recognise her or even remember her. She quickly becomes a target for Ashley Clark, the head cheerleader who is dating her old best friend Josh Hutcherson
