He's My Dilemma.

Selena is a girl, who is deaf. She wasn't born deaf. When she was 1 and 1/2, her eardrums just popped. Her mom and dad didn't blast music all around the house. They just popped for no reason. She didn't know how to talk. She isn't mute. She's just deaf. She is now 16 and lives in Baltimore, Maryland. Selena goes to a high school called Dulaney. Her best friends are Alex Gaskarth and Jack Barakat. She watches them play in Alex's basement. She wishes she could hear. She wants to hear Alex sing and Jack play. She hates being deaf. She wishes she could change it and fix her eardrums. Alex and Jack have had hope for her, but she doesn't believe them. She thinks she would be stuck as a small deaf girl...
