Summary:
A foreign exchange program brings together a group of European students to the city of Huntington Beach. When the exchange students attend Huntington Beach High School, the students of HBHS are surprised when two foreign students manage to catch the eye of Matthew Sanders; a student well-known for being a rather quiet, hot-tempered bad boy, who rarely associates with anyone other than his four closest friends.
Harley O'Connor is a soft-spoken, shy, artistic girl. Her brother Maximus O'Connor is quite the opposite; quick-witted, hyper and blunt. The only thing the O'Connor twins have in common is their love of music and their talent for the Fine Arts.
Yet Matt starts to notice some strange aspects with the twins and soon finds himself thrown into the mess that is truly the O'Connor twins.
