How The Hell Did You Ever Pick Me?

I awoke to Kellin folding clothes and placing them in the dresser. I sat up and yawned. “What are you doing?” I mumbled. Kellin turned around and smiled at me. “I washed all our clothes and now I’m putting them away.” He stated, before turning around to continue what he was doing. “You didn’t have to do that, Boo.” I replied. “I know, but I wanted to.” He simply stated. I smiled at Kellin’s gesture.

As I watched him for a couple more minutes I couldn’t help but think about just how sexy he is. I don’t understand how I’ve been able to push him away this past week and a half. I got more and more turned on as I thought about him fucking me. “Kelliiiiiin.” I whined. He turned around to face me. “What do you want?” he asked. I bit my lip and simply stated “You.” He laughed and turned back around to continue folding clothes and putting them away. My jaw dropped. Did he just fucking turn ME down for sex? I’m not sure if I’m pissed or hurt. I sat in bed for a couple more minutes before grabbing a change of clothes and storming off to the bathroom so I could get ready for the day.

After, I changed I looked in the kitchen for food so I could make breakfast. I searched for a couple minutes before realizing we have no food. We have to go food shopping. Kellin came around the corner and asked “Do you want to go out for breakfast and go shopping after?” “Oh, so now I have your attention.” I mumbled and rolled my eyes. “What’s that supposed to mean?” he asked as he grabbed his car keys off the hook. I sighed “I finally wanted you to fuck me and then you ignored me.” I scoffed. “I thought you were joking about wanting me. Is that what you really wanted earlier?” he smirked. I looked down at my feet. “Kind of.” I replied. In an instant his hands were on my waist. I looked into his eyes as I wrapped my arms around his neck. A smile crept across his face before our lips collided.

I cuddled with Kellin while deep in thought. Kellin and I just had sex, but something was definitely missing. Something I couldn’t put a finger on. “So, how about breakfast?” Kellin asked, snapping me out of my troubled thoughts. Kellin unwrapped his arms from around me so we could both get dressed. Before heading out, I made sure to fix my hair and makeup.

Kellin and I decided to go to Waffle House for brunch. “You know, your birthday’s coming up. What do you want to do?” Kellin smiled at me from across the table. I shrugged my shoulders. “I don’t know. I haven’t really put much thought into it.” I replied before taking a bite of my omelet. “Well, do you want a party?” he asked. “It doesn’t matter. To tell you the truth I wouldn’t mind just spending the day cuddling with you in bed while watching all the Star Wars movies.” I giggled. He rolled his eyes. “I’ll cuddle with you, but I’m not watching Star Wars. I’ll call Tony over here so he can watch it with you.” He laughed. “I doubt Tony would fly from San Diego to Grand Rapids just to watch Star Wars with me.” I stated. “I was just messing with you, Babe. Of course I’ll watch it with you.” He smiled. “I knew you would.” I teased.

“By the way, after we get home Emmie is picking you up.” Kellin said while turning into the Wal-Mart parking lot. “Why didn’t I know about this?” I asked. “Because I forgot to tell you. Emmie called me this morning and said she wanted to have some girl time with you.” He stated. “Then…why didn’t she ask me herself?” I asked suspiciously. He waited until he found a parking spot to answer me. He turned to face me and said “I don’t know, Steph. Just please hangout with her.” I reluctantly nodded. Kellin came around to my door and opened it for me. “You’re such a gentleman.” I smiled before pecking him on the lips. “Only for you, Babe.” He smirked. As we walked in hand in hand, I couldn’t help but think he was hiding something from me. I mean why would he want me to hang with Emmie so bad? Something’s definitely off.

Kellin’s P.O.V

Stephanie just left with Emmie. I have almost exactly two hours to go buy a ring for her. Thankfully, Emmie was more than happy to take Stephanie off my hands for a couple hours. As I got in my SUV and started to drive, I couldn’t help but imagine the beautiful ring that I will give her tonight. Everything will be perfect.

Stephanie’s P.O.V

Emmie and I decided to go to the mall to do a little bit of shopping. As we were looking thru the clothing racks in Tilly’s, Emmie cleared her throat and asked “So, how was Warped?” “Uhhhh…it wasn’t too great.” I mumbled. “Awww why?” she asked, concerned. I can’t tell her everything that happened this summer. Kellin would surely find out about Mike and I’s little fling if I tolde her. “Kellin and I fought a lot.” I simply stated. “I’m happy you guys are better now though.” She smiled. Emmie and I tried on a few outfits before purchasing them.

We ate McDonalds at the food court to pass the time. “So, why is Kellin acting like he’s hiding something?” I asked her before eating a french fry. She looked down and took a sip of her drink. “I don’t know.” She sighed. I narrowed my eyes. “You know something.” I replied. She set down her drink and confessed “Okay…okay. I do know something, but it’s not bad. It’s a secret.” I smiled as I wondered what the secret could possibly be. Maybe a cat? I’ve been wanting a cat to keep me company while he goes on tour.

I quickly walked to my apartment door when Emmie dropped me off. I opened the door to see the lights were dimmed and tons of candles were lit. I smiled and set down my bags on the table. “Kellin?” I called out. “I’m in the living room!” Kellin shouted back. I walked in the living room to see my favorite movies and all my favorite kinds of candy laid out on the coffee table. I shifted my eyes to where Kellin was. He was down on his right knee with a velvet box opened in his hands. In it was the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen. I covered my mouth with my right hand in complete awe. He brilliantly smiled at me as I inched my way towards him. Is he proposing to me? I looked down at him with tear filled eyes. “Kellin, what is this?” I asked shakily.
