David, 23, wakes up with no memory. he has been "Employed" by the Controllers to investigate and if necassary kill three "rogue" testes. he soon finds he is going against a pharmaseutical company that control the city, while involved in a man's mission to avenge fallen comrades murdered in a distant land.
