The Hideout
"so...what are we doing here?" I asked.
"come look," Mike replied, walking behind a few trees.
I followed him, not knowing what to expect. Mike dodged behind a couple bushes and all I could do was follow. When I went behind the bush Mike grabbed me by my waist and picked me up. I giggled.
"Mike, put me down!"
When he put me down I took a moment to look at where we were. It was somewhat of a secluded spot surrounded by bushes, and with trees growing over the area to make it shaded, with spots of sunlight shining through the leaves. Mike had thrown out a little blanket.
"wow," I said breathlessly.
"ya, I thought you would like it."
