Aleta of Never: Dragon Hearted

In the world of Never, dragons and humans live side by side. But it is not always a peaceful existence. There are times when Slayers, like Aleta Greenhart, must protect the kingdoms of men from the fiery wrath of dragons.

After a particularly nasty mission, Aleta is faced with something many Slayers fear to attempt. Instead of destroying the dragon, they must rehabilitate it before it can wreck havoc on a nearby city. Aleta is confident, until she realizes someone left out an important detail. A detail that has now thrown her and her entire team into even more perilous danger.

As she fights to keep her team safe and the city intact, Aleta is sent a cryptic message she cannot make sense of. A message she is told will alter the fate of dragons and men, if she can survive long enough to decipher it's meaning.
