Serendipity

The story begins with a young woman, named Haley Redding, who working for the Chicago Blackhawks. Her life in the Windy City is like a dream come true for this Michigan native, but her grand father’s sudden death bring her back home to aid her ailing grand mother in running their Percheron draft horse farm during the off season. Over the few weeks Haley spends on the farm, she is forced to confront her past while finding out that the life she had in Chicago isn’t as satisfying as she thought it was. This realization leaves her with a choice at summer’s end, will she return to what she has come to know or stay at the place she has grown to love?
