We Were Drunk But It's Not A Mistake

Chapter 7

Chapter 7
“Morning.” I said kissing Tyler.
“Nice way to wake up.” He smiled.
“I know the best way.” I giggled as Tyler rolled on top of me.
“What are you giggling at?” he asked.
“Nothing.” I answered.
“You’re hiding something aren’t you?” he asked me.
“You got that from a giggle.” I answered.
“So you were giggling.” He replied.
“Oh my God!” I complained.
I got out of bed and got ready for class. Tyler followed and met me in the bathroom as I was doing my daily routine.
“I don’t understand why you wear that stuff?” Tyler stated wrapping his arms around my waist from behind.
“Makes me feel pretty I guess.” I replied.
“Well you are beautiful without it.” he told me.
“You are really sweet you know that.” I replied.
I grabbed my curling iron and started to put loose curls in my hair.
“Why do we look so cute this morning?” Tyler asked as I entered the kitchen.
“I have my classes today.” I answered.
“What time do you need to be there?” he asked.
“9.” I answered.
“It’s 7 now do you want to get some breakfast?” he asked me.
“I would love too.” I answered pulling my Uggs on.
“Grab your stuff.” He told me and I grabbed my bag and textbooks.
“You know you look really cute in Lulu Lemon.” I told him.
“Really?” Tyler asked.
“Yeah just shows your sporty.” I answered.
I had to admit Tyler wearing jeans, a white t-shirt, a Lulu Lemon sweatshirt, and a black baseball cap made him extremely hot.
“Well you look cute in your leggings.” He told me.
“Thank you.” I smiled.
Erin: Wanna grab coffee after class?
Me: Sure
“Nice case.” Tyler commented.
“Thanks he’s my favorite hockey player.” I replied blushing.
“Really he’s really good looking.” He said.
“I know I wish someday that I’ll marry him.” I responded.
“I bet you will.” Tyler winked as our orders came.
“So are you doing anything special for your birthday tomorrow?” I asked him.
“I don’t know we have a game so probably go out with the guys after.” He answered.
“Well can I give you your gift now?” I asked.
“Babe you didn’t need to get me anything.” He answered.
“I wanted too.” I replied handing him an envelope.
“You got me floor seats for the Celtics game tonight?” he asked in disbelief.
“My dad is a season ticket holder and he gave me the tickets.” I explained.
“You are the most amazing wife ever.” He replied.
“I try.” I smiled.
“You can probably bring Dougie to the game I know Kennedy has some exams coming up.” I told Tyler as he paid the check.
“No I’d rather take you.” He responded.
“Why me?” I asked. “This is boy’s night.”
“Tomorrow is I want to spend today with my beautiful wife.” He answered.
“Aw I am loved.” I teased him.
“What time do you get out?” he asked.
“I’m actually going to get coffee with my friend Erin after class.” I answered.
“Alright we should leave now so you don’t get in trouble.” He stated.
We got out of the booth and Tyler grabbed my hand giving it a tight squeeze. I looked up at him and smiled he smiled back.
“I’ll text you when I get home.” I told him as he dropped me off at my class.
“Alright I should just have practice today.” He replied.
“Alright I love you.” I told him.
“I love you too.”
“I cannot take on more lecture on economy.” Erin complained as we left out final class.
I was only 10 so it was still pretty early and Tyler would just be starting practice. I followed Erin to her car and we headed off to Starbucks.
“So are you doing anything tonight?” Erin asked as we got our coffees.
“Yeah I’m going to the Celtics game with my husband.” I answered.
“You’re what?” Erin asked spitting her coffee asked.
“I’ll explain.” I answered.
“Oh you better explained.” She gritted her teeth together.
“Remember that party we went to a month ago. The one at Sara’s house.” I asked.
“Yeah we all got completely shitfaced.” She answered.
“Well I ended up getting married to Tyler Seguin and we are actually giving it a shot.” I explained.
“This is no joke right?” she asked in disbelief.
“No joke here look.” I answered handing her my phoned.
She flipped through a bunch of random pictures of Tyler and I over the last month.
“Isn’t his birthday tomorrow?” she asked handing me my phone back.
“Yeah I’m having his dog Marshall flown in.” I answered.
“You are so sweet. Now let me see the ring.” She said.
“Here.” I replied showing her the ring.
“Wow even drunk he picks out good jewelry.” She commented.
“I know his is pretty good too. It’s a silver band with an infinity sign.” I explained.
“Aw you guys sound like you were made for each other.” She smiled.
“The crazy thing is I think you’re right. I mean we do anything and everything for each other.” I replied.
“Aw you have finally falling in love.” Erin said.
“I have.” I blushed.
“Now do we get to go to games now?” she asked.
“We have tickets for tomorrow night’s game against the Sabers. Mom finally gave me the night off.” I answered.
“I love your husband.” Erin stated.
“Well I hate to say it but we’ve been here for an hour.” I said looking at my phone.
Tyler<3: should be home by 3
Me: kk
“Let’s go I’m going to see my cousin now and her apartment is near your new apartment.” Erin stated.
“Alright.” I said smiling at my phone.
“What did he say?” she asked.
“Nothing.” I answered still smiling.
