Under the dictatorship of President Hexian Mal, what used to make up the United States of America, is now divided by Divisions. Under the promise of a 'united nation', he's made many fear him and the control of the government.

Alexia Caen is the daughter of one of the most richest and well known families of Division One. She's grown up in a lifestyle many dream of. Only she feels quite the opposite. After a chance incident, Alexia discovers that there is so much more out there than she could ever imagine. She embarks on a journey that shows her that humanity still exists, and more importantly, so does love. With new found friends, Alexia and a group of rebels become the faces of a revolution.
