Elizabeth "Beth" Grace Jones was your average 15 year old girl, still discovering who and what she wanted to be. She always had a smile on her face, that was up until her big brother disappeared.
Now she struggles with everyday things, eating, sleeping. Her friends don't even bother to talk to her anymore. Her parents finally decide to step in and send her to live with her Great Aunt Maria who's sister went missing when Maria was about the same age.
Beth leaves everything she has left of her brother back in New York and tries to get a fresh start in the small own her Aunt lives in.
After only a week in her new home, Beth finds out her parents has been keeping secrets, her Aunt isn't as stable as everyone believes and she meets a beautiful boy whose family has a particular interest in her and her brother.
