Tim gave me a tour around the park, which was absolutely gorgeous. I was having a really good time, walking throughout the park, sightseeing and talking to Tim about different sorts of things. We talked about my family, my friends, his family and his friends; just getting to know each other a little bit more. We were walking back to the dugout when I got a call from Lily.

‘I'm sorry, it's Lily. I have to take it.’ I said to Tim with an apologetic look
‘It's fine.’ he said giving me a reassuring smile
‘Hey.’ I said answering Lily’s call
‘Hey, how is it all going?’ she asked me
‘Everything’s great, thanks, so great that I have to wonder why are you interrupting?’ I asked whispering the last part so Tim wouldn't hear
‘Wow, don't get mad mamma.’ she said ‘I was just wondering if you knew where I could buy tickets for today's game. Jaden feels like going.’
‘Um, well you could try StubHub.’ I suggested ‘Or the Giants website for that matter.’
‘Kay, well thanks, and have fun.’ she said before hanging up
‘Hey.’ I said walking towards where Tim was standing ‘I'm sorry about that, it's just you never know when it's urgent with her.’
‘No, it's totally fine, don't worry. And I wasn't eavesdropping I swear, but if she's in the need of tickets, I could totally help her out.’ he told me
‘Oh my God, no I couldn't do that, it's fine don't worry. Jaden’s not a big fan of baseball anyways.’ I said to him. I mean I couldn't let him pay for my best friend's and her boyfriend's tickets
‘No, I swear, it's totally, fine. I have spare tickets and she's not going to find any tickets now, I mean we're playing the Dodgers.’ he said. Well, he had a point there, I really didn't think she was going to be able to find anything, so I decided to give in, because of Jaden
‘Ok, fine. Thank you.’ I answered ‘Just let me text her.’
‘It’s fine, you can call her, I’m going to go change.’ he told me, I nodded and he disappeared into the hallway.

I called Lily back and told her about Tim’s generous offer and she told me she’d be on her way to the ballpark. I sat down at a bench outside the locker rooms and started answering some of the texts I had gotten about Tim and I earlier this morning. I was almost halfway through when he came out of the locker room with none other than the team’s skipper, Bochy.

‘Hey Isa,’ he said approaching the bench with his companion, where I was comfortably seated ‘I’d like you to meet Bruce Bochy.’ Bruce put his hand out for me to shake it
‘Hi, Isabella Fairchild, nice to meet you.’ I said while shaking his hand
‘You know,’ Bruce said ‘Tim was just telling me about the lovely voice you have.’ I smiled at him and shot a stink eye at Tim discretely
‘Oh was he?’ I told Bruce
‘Yeah, maybe we could have you sing for us sometime.’ he added
‘Yeah, someday.’ I answered still smiling
‘Well, I’ll leave you two alone. Tim, I need you out in 20, is that fine?’ Bruce told Tim and he simply just nodded
‘Well,’ I said after Bruce had disappeared ‘I think I should be going now.’
‘You don’t have to.’ he quickly said which made me smiled
‘You have to get ready for the game, Timothy.’ I said and noticed a tint of disappointment in his eyes; pretty much like I was feeling, but I knew how to hide it. ‘I’ll meet you afterwards, kay?’
‘Yeah. Wait I have to give you your passes. You need three, right?’ he asked me and I smiled and nodded ‘Follow me.’ he said before grabbing my hand and running towards a little office.

Inside, a seemingly older woman was seated at a desk, and when she spotted Tim, she smiled. Tim told her my name and she wrote it down on the computer in front of her, almost immediately, three plastic cards came out of a funny looking printer. Tim and I both smiled and thanked her, before heading outside.

‘Well, here you go.’ Tim said as he handed me the three passes
‘Thanks Tim, really.’ I said to him smiling and he smiled back
‘No problem.’ he answered “So, I guess I’ll see you after the game?’
‘Sure!’ I said ‘Anyways, I’ll leave you now, so you can head out.’ I smiled and gave him a small peck on the cheek and walked towards the entrance to hand the tickets to Lily & Jaden

Once they were inside, we went to take our seats, and about an hour later, the game started. Tim did well, he pitched 6 innings, allowing just one run, which was unearned, and just two hits; still he got a no decision, as Clayton took the win; losing pitcher was Sergio Romo, who allowed a two-run homer in the 11th inning, and the Giants took a 3-1 loss against the LA Dodgers. Tim texted me, telling me to meet him at the players lot, so I went on my way. There he asked me what I wanted to do, and I was really tired, so I just told him that a movie and takeout would be fine for me, He agreed and we went to my place. I insisted in going to his, but he said he wanted to meet Lily and Jaden. When we got to the house, Jaden was taking a shower, and Lily was on her phone on one of the kitchen stools. She immediately left her phone when she saw me enter the room with Tim and his dogs.

‘Hi!’ she said walking towards us ‘I’m Lily, nice to meet you Tim, right?’
‘Yeah, nice to meet you too Lily.’ he said shaking Lily’s hand while I stood besides them
‘Well, I’ll retire to my room now, excuse me.’ the brunette said, but I stopped her
‘No, it’s fine, you can totally stay.’ I said and Tim continued
‘Yeah, actually I wanted to meet you and Jaden, as Isabella always talks about you two.’ Lily tilted her head and smiled
‘Kay then, I’ll stay.’ she said

We started chatting and started discussing what movie to watch when Jaden walked out of Lily’s room; Tim introduced himself and so did Jaden. In the end, we ordered hamburgers from Bistro Burger, which is a block away from the building and watched Ocean’s Eleven and Ocean’s Twelve. Tim, Lily and Jaden, got along really well. It was around 10 o’clock when the second movie finished and Tim said he had to leave, because the team was leaving for a 9 day road trip, early next morning. He said goodbye to Lily and Jaden and I accompanied him to the door

‘I’ll see you when I get back?’ he asked me
‘Yeah.’ I said smiling. He hugged me and gave me a kiss on the cheek, really near the corner of my lips, and then disappeared into the hallway.
