Status: So yeah Isaac is a babe

He was probably too scared

I woke up to find Isaac sitting on the edge of our bed and packing his duffle bag. I sat up and messed with my bed head trying to figure out what exactly Isaac was doing. I bit my lip and stared at him and let out a loud yawn. “Isaac what are you doing?” I asked finally speaking up.

“Packing,” he said one simple word that really told me nothing.

“Packing for what exactly,” I said pushing the sleep away from my eyes.

“Derek called me, he said that he thinks it’s safe for you to come back to Beacon Hills,” he said standing up and grabbing my duffle off the ground.

“So we’re just going back to Beacon Hills,” I said getting out of bed still confused by everything that was happening. “Is there something else going on,” I asked. I knew we were just going back out of nowhere, there had to be something else that Isaac wasn’t telling me.

“There’s a full moon tomorrow, and I would prefer to that we weren’t in a strange city during it.” I felt like a complete. How did I not think about what would happen during a full moon?

“I thought you said you could control yourself during a full moon,” I said walking over to a crossed the tan carpet and stood in front of him.

“I can but I don’t want to risk anything happening, so I would prefer if were back in Beacon Hill,” he seemed frustrated as he ran his fingers through his curly hair. “I need you to get changed and pack up,” he said looking into my green eyes.

“So am I going home when we get back to Beacon Hills?”

“No you’re going to be staying at Scott’s with me,” he said it like it was no big deal.

“What about my family?” I asked walking over to stand in front of him.

“You’ll have to figure out something to tell them.”

“Okay well is it safe for me to go back?” I asked.

“Yeah Lennon it’s completely safe I promise I’m not going to let anything happen to you,” he said standing up and tossing his duffle bag onto the bed. I couldn’t help but notice that he sounded annoyed with me. “Lennon you need to realize I’m not going to let anyone hurt you,” he said with the same annoyed tone in his voice. “I don’t know what I’m going to have to do to get you to see that.”

“Okay,” I said softly reaching into my duffle bag and pulling something out to change into quickly. I pulled out an outfit and walked into the bathroom and changed as quickly as I could. I walked over to the sink and brushed my teeth before walking out into the room. “I’m ready,” I said giving him a small smile. I put my pajamas and my tooth brush in my bag and zipped it but before turning to face Isaac. M

He had a strange look on his face before he walked pasted me and went over to the nightstand to grab the remote to the TV. I had a confused look on my face as he turned on the TV. “What are you doing?” I asked.

“Checking out, this is the quickest way to check out here,” he said clicking away on the remote quickly.

I sat on the edge of the bed and waited for Isaac to finish. When he finish checking out he walked over and grabbed our duffle bags. I wanted to offer to carry my own bag, but I knew in all reality that it was probably to heavy for me and I would look like a fool trying to carry it. I followed him as he walked out of our room towards the elevator. I pressed the down button and we waited for the elevator to come. When the elevator doors opened I wasn't sure if I was relieved to that there was nobody in the elevator or if I felt nervous. We walked in and Isaac held onto our duffle bags as I pressed the ground floor button. The doors closed and I couldn’t help but feel awkward, the last time I was in this elevator I had tried to kiss Isaac in. I felt my stomach twist in knots at the thought of Isaac rejecting me. I looked over at Isaac and he had his normal almost panicked look on his face as the Isaac as the elevator continued to go down. As the elevator doors open Isaac rushed out like he always does. I followed behind him as he started walking through the casino. As we walked outside we walked straight towards Derek's car.

Isaac unlocked the car SUV and put our bags into the backseat and I got into the front seat. As Isaac got into the front seat I realized that I hadn't talked to my mom and step-dad since the day I left. I knew I looked down at my phone that I had pulled out of my phone so I could call my mom.

“I'm going to call my mom and tell her I'm in San Francisco with Lydia and Allison,” I said to Isaac as I started dialing her number.

“Okay,” he said as he started the car.

Finished dialing my mom's number and pressed send and pressed the phone to right ear. I waited for her to pick up and about on the four ring she did. “Hi sweetheart,” she said sounding cheery.

“Hi mom,” I said with a huge smile on my face.

“How is the trip going?”

“It's going great, we spending the next few days in San Francisco,” I said feeling horrible about lying to her, but I knew I had to lie to protect her and myself.

“Oh that sounds like fun. Are you guys doing a lot of shopping?” she asked asked.

“I'm not but the girls are.”

“Well I've got to go to work sweetheart, I love you,” I wanted to cry at just the mention of her saying she loved me. I hated that I had to lie to her.

I hung my phone up and put it back in my pocket and just kinda looked down trying my hardest not cry. I really didn't want to see me crying because I missed mom. He already probably thought I was week I didn't need to add this to the list of reason's why I was weak.

“You alright?” he asked as we drove out of the parking lot.

I looked over at him not exactly sure on what I should say to him. I swallowed before speaking up, “Yeah I just hate lying to her.”

“Lying to her is for the best,” he said looking forward.

After a six hour drive filled with silence we were finally back in Beacon Hills. I was slightly happy but mostly terrified to be back. We drove straight to Scott's house because Isaac said that were I would be safest. I got out of the car and stretched my legs, I looked over at as he walked around the car towards me so he could get our bags out. I followed him as he led me towards Scott's front door. Before we even got to the door Scott opened the door.

“Hey guys come inside,” he said stepping aside.

We walked inside and Isaac sat down out bags in living room. “Did you ask your mom about Lennon staying here?” Isaac asked.

“Yeah she said no problem, she said can either have your room or my room,” Scott said looking at Isaac.

“She can have my room, and I'll sleep on the couch in here,” Isaac said.

“Okay my mom is working the late shift so she won't be home till early morning,” Scott said walking towards the stairs. “Follow me Lennon and I'll show your where you are going to be staying,” he said as we started walking upstairs.

We walked up the stairs and took a left and Scott opened out door to the room I assumed I would be staying in. I looked around the room and could tell this was Isaac's room. I guess I could just tell by the way the bed was made and by how his backpack was kind of just thrown in the corner by the dresser. I looked over at the double bed in the middle of the room.

“We've all discussed and we think it's best that no matter what you're really never alone,” Scott said standing by the edge of the bed as Isaac leaned against the door frame.

“Okay,” I said knowing that I shouldn't argue with them, that everything they're doing is to protect me.

“The full moon is tomorrow night and you'll be staying with Stile's and Lydia,” Isaac said still leaning against the door frame.

“So what am I going to be doing tonight?” I asked.

“Well Isaac is going to go with me to Derek's so we're waiting for Allison and Lydia to come over,” Scott said.

“I'm going to be pretty much locked up here during all of this?” I asked realizing that I was pretty much going to be a prisoner.

“Kind of, you'll either be here or at Allison's place, and tomorrow we'll take you over to Lydia's.” Isaac said walking towards me. “You'll probably watch movies and other girl stuff with the girls tonight.”

After about ten minutes Scott got a text from Allison telling him that they were here. Scott went downstairs to get the girls and Isaac stayed in the room with me. “Tonight will be the first night I've slept in a room alone since everything thing happened,” I said sitting on the edge on the edge of the bed.

“You don't have to worry, Scott is in the room next to you, and I'll be right downstairs,” he said giving me a look letting me know I'll be safe.

“Hi Lennon,” Allison walking into the room with a smile on her face.

“HI,” I said waving awkwardly.

“Well by boys, she'll be safe with us,” Lydia said walking in with a smile on her face.

“If anything happens you call us and we'll be here as soon as possible,” Scott said before walking out of the room. Isaac walked out and followed him, but before he was fully out of the room he gave me a smile letting me know I was safe.

The second we heard the front door shut, Lydia sat down on the bed next to me and gave me a grin. “So how was your alone time with Isaac?” she said raising her right eyebrow.

“Fine,” I said not really knowing what to say.

“It was just fine?” Allison said standing across from us.

“Yeah.”

“Did anything happen between you two?” Lydia asked.

I was kind of speechless I wasn't sure if I should tell them that I tired to kiss Isaac or should I just tell them nothing happened. “Your silence says something happened,” Lydia said with a grin on her face. “Did you guys sleep together or did you kiss?” she actually seemed excited at the fact that I might of slept with Isaac or kissed him.

“Lydia leave her alone,” Allison said.

“No I want to know?” Lydia said smiling.

“I tired to kiss Isaac, but he turned away,” I said feeling embarrassed.

They were both quiet and looked at me with looks on their faces like they were trying to figure out what to say. Allison opened up her mouth like she was going to say something, but then quickly closed it. “Are you sure he knew you were trying to kiss him?” Allison asked finally speaking up.

“I'm pretty sure,” I said.

“Let's be honest Isaac really has no clue how to act around girls. I mean I think the only girl he's ever asked out was me and that was back in freshmen year,” Lydia said standing up. “Isaac probably wanted to kiss you, but was too scared to do anything.” I was surprised that what Lydia had said seemed to make me feel better.

“I don't know but I just kind of feel awkward around him now.” I said running my fingers through my messy hair.

“Don't just act like nothing happened between you,” Allison said smiling.

The boys showed up around ten a clock when I was about to fall asleep. I was sitting on the couch with the girls eating Chinese food and watching Mean Girls.

“How was your guys night?” Scott asked closing the door behind him and Isaac.

“Fun,” Lydia said standing up and smiling as she fixed her skirt.

The girls went home and Scott went up to his room, and I stayed downstairs and sat on the couch next to Isaac. I wanted to tell him I was scared to sleep alone, but I didn't want to tell him that I wanted him to sleep in the same room with me. I felt like Isaac could feel that I wanted to tell him something.

“You cant stay down here if you want until you fall asleep and I'll carry upstairs when you feel asleep,” just him telling me that I could fall asleep by him made me feel a lot better.

“Thank you,” I said laying down and crawling up into a ball next to Isaac.

“No problem, I know how much your nightmares scare you,” he said giving me a look that let me know he cares about me.

It didn't take long before my eyes were too heavy to hold open.
