Meet & Greet
It's now been a month since Billie's last letter to her. Today was the big day. Meeting Day. Lily was finally going to meet her super-famous rock star Dad! Her stomach was doing flips every time she thought about it...questions we're running through her head constantly...Will he like me? What about Sam? Will he freak out about it? What about my step-brothers? Will they like me? Will I even get to meet them?!
She set off walking to the meeting place...they'd agreed on Central Park...then they would go for a coffee and some lunch - Billie's treat.
As she got closer to Central Park she began to notice all the small details, the guy asleep on the bench, the pigeons being chased away by the small children - she would have to bring Sam here sometime she thought to herself...
Then she looked up, and saw her father standing there, beaming with pride at his beautiful daughter...
