Once Pat and i got to Chicago Cut Steakhouse, on Lasalle Street. He walked up to the hostess desk and said "Reseveration for 2, under Patrick Kane." "Okay Mr Kane, right this way." The hostess while pulling out two menus and leading us to the back of the resturaunt. "Is this table okay for you and your date, Mr Kane?" The hostess asked Pat. "Yes this will be fine, and were just friends" he told the hostess. when he said that it made my heart ache a little. I put on a smile and took a seat acroos from Pat. "Okay you 2 have a good dinner" The hostess said as she handed pat and mines menus and walked off. "so what are you gonna get to eat?" pat asked me while he was examining the menu. "Mhmm i think im gonna get the filet with a baked potato, how bout you?" i replied as i folded the menu and put it on the end of the table. "I think im gonna get the filet or the Scottish Salmon." he answered. We got interrupted by the waitor. "Hi im Casey and ill be your waitor today, would you guys like to start off with a bottle wine?" Pat looked at me with a questioning glance. i nodded my head. "Yeah will have the Le Volte, and ill just have a water with that, please" pat said to our waiter Casey. "Ill have a water with lemon please" I told the waiteress. "Okay ill be right back with your drinks." she said before walking away. "So Ari i never knew you liked to write, until i found out you were going for a job interview for magazines." pat said. "Oh yeah i love to write actually, ive been in a lot of magazines." i said with a chuckle. "Thats cool" he said while playing with his hands. This is where it turned into an awkward silenece. Luckily the waiter came to break the silence. She poured 2 glasses of wine and handed both of us. We both nodded and took a sip. "Wow this is good, whats the name again." I asked. "Le Volte." Pat said trying to pernounce Volte. I started laugh. "Whats so funny?" he asked with a small smile on his face. "It was funny how you pronounced the word." I told him. "Haha so funny" He said sarcastically. i rolled my eyes playfully. The waitress came back and said "Okay what would you guys like to eat?" "Ill have the 6oz filet, medium rare, with a bake potato" I said. "Umm ill have the Scottish Salmon with a baked potato or should i have the mixed vegetables." he said to her. I saw casey eying Pat ever since she took our drink order, now shes bending down infront of him to show her the sides like he cant read. I rolledmt eyes. Pat saw and smirked while looking at Casey as she talked. I rolled my eyes again. "Ill have the mixed vegetables then if you say there so good." He said with a smirk. she giggled then said "okay it should be ready in about 15 minutes." she said before walking away, shaking her ass so pat could see, pathetic. Pat just laughed at me as i rolled my eyes again. "Please tell me whats so funny, if anything i should be laughing at how pathetic she is." i said with an annoying look, which made him laugh even more. "Its cute when your jealous" he said. "Why would i be jealous of her?" i said still with an annoying look on my face. "Because you want me all to yourself" he said with smirk. "Yeah in your dreams" i said to him. "Babe your already in my dreams" he said with a wink, which made me laugh a little. "your an idiot." I said still laughing. "Thats why you love me" pat said with a smile. "Who said i loved you?" i said back to him. "You can deny all you want but you love me and i.." he was about to finish the rest of his sentence but got interrupted by Casey again. "heres your food." she said to us while putting down our food. I wanted to say no shit sherlock, but i stopped myself. I guess Pat knew what i wanted to say and started laughing, which made me laugh. After she walked away i said "She probably spit in my food " he laughed some more. We continued eatting and had some small talk before the bill came. i went for my purse, "Im not letting you pat Ari, i got it put your money away. Pat said while looking at the check and started laughin. "what" i asked him. "Look" he said handing me the bill. I looked at the bottom of the check.

"well thanks for dinner and helping me i had fun" I said while searching for my keys. "No problem, i had fun also." He said with his hands in his pockets. I went to go kiss him on the cheek, but he turned his face on purpose. Some how my hands found its way behind his neck and his hands were on my waist. Once we finally seperated, I bit my lip and said "Ill see you later." "Yeh bye Ari" He said before walking back towards the elevater. Once i walked through the door, i put my back towards and slid down to where i was now sitting on the floor. Oh my god,i couldnt believe we kissed. To be honest, it was one of the best kisses i ever had. Once i fianlly got up, i went to the kitchen to get a bottle of wine and glasses out. Suddenly there was a knock. "Hey" i said while opening the door. "Wow, where were you?" she asked looking at the outfit i had on. "Oh i went to dinner with Pat" i said to her. So after a while of me and Pat unpacking the boxes, i put music on and started singing and dance, next thing i knew pat had his hands on my waist and whispered in my ear asking if i would dance like i did at the club, well im like im gonna play a joke on him, i push on his chest to push him on the couch, so i get on top of him and start straddling him, i bend down to whisper in his ear telling him no thanks but before that could happen, Mike walks in on it." i said to Amanda. "Hurry Up answer it" She yelled. I answered the phone, while walking into the kitchen. "Hey whats up?" i asked him over the phone. "You left your jacket in my car, im gonna bring it by real quick, ill be there in 20 min" he said. "Okay thanks see you then" i said as i pressed the end button. "Yeh do you have a beer." he asked me. "Yeah, Miller or Corona?" I said as i showed him the two bottles of beer i just took out o the fridge. "mhhmm Miller" He said. I put the corona back in the fridge and handed him the beer. "Thanks" he said as he opened the beer and took a sip. "Welcome." I took a sip of my wine. " Do you have Tequilla?" he asked. "Why the fuck do you want tequilla?" i asked him. "I dont know im bored, i was thinking we could play a drinking game or something." he said as he took another sip. "Okay, ill grab the tequila, you grab the shot glasses, will play never have i ever." Once we grabbed all the stuff we went to go sit on the couch. "okay so the rules are whoever drinks 10 shots first loses, you go first." i tol him while i poured tequila in our shot glasses. "Mhmm Never have i ever had a threesome." He said. I threw back the shot. "Please tell me your joking right?" he asked me with wide eyes. "nope it happened in college did it with my boyfriend and his friend." i told him with a straight face. "Long story short, Bryan was at hockey practice, parents werent home, i didnt want to do it in my room, so we went in his room, he doesnt need to know that either." I answerd. "haha,im so gonna use all of this for blackmail." he said laughing. "Never have i ever....gona skinny dipping." i said. he didnt drink. "Im surprised, you havent." he said to me with a chuckle. "haha very funny" I said to him.

30 minutes later we went a little over the limit and had 12 shots each. We didnt even keep score. Pat was to drunk to drive so hes just gonna stay here. "you can sleep in my room, i wont mind." told him. "Are you sure, you dont want me to sleep on the couch?" he asked slurring his words. "Pat were not five, get in the bed" I said as i went under the covers. Next thing i knew he took his pants and shirt off and was just in his boxers. I couldnt help stare at his muscular abs. "You like what you see" He asked me with a smirk. "Yupppp, night!" i said while turning the lamp off. I was still awake, when i felt an arm over my waist and a body get closer to me, i layed my head on his chest and drifted off into a deep sleep.
