Concert Day
Its been 3 long days I was finally off work for the weekend. I was staring at my closet. I didn't know what to wear but I knew I had to figure it out soon because it was getting close to the time we wanted to leave by. I looked at the clock, it was 2pm, and we wanted to leave here at 3:30pm because the concert started at 5pm. I know that seems early but if you have ever been to a concert you know you got to get there early to get a good spot. I wanted to be in the front, I loved being so close to the stage. Not because I wanted to touch the singer or other members of the band I was seeing but because it was rush being up there. I stared at my closet a little bit more until I pulled out my black shirt with a white skull on it, my my ripped jeans and my boots. I slipped that one then I went to my bathroom and got my BVB and AA rubber bracelets, my union jack bracelet and my BVB necklace.( www.polyvore.com/mia/template?id=... ) I straighten my hair then put on some makeup just cover up, eyeliner and massacre. I went back into my room and looked at myself in my full length mirror. I smiled to myself actually liking how I looked. After I was done looking at myself I turned to my bed to grab my phone and my money sliding both into my pocket and walked out my room shutting the door behind me. I walked down the hall to see if she was ready. When I walked into the room I stood there for a minute looking at what she was wearing. She was wearing a black leather crop top/bra looking thingy, black leather mini skirt and red sandals and red bracelets. ( www.polyvore.com/harley/template?... ) I guess I was just glad she didn't wear heels again like at the last concert I went with her to. She turned and smiled at me and said "Do you like my outfit?" I just stood there looking at her red lips and then at her outfit one more time "It is your style" I said giving her a small smile. She giggled and said "Thanks! Now lets go!" She ran out the room grabbing me in the precess. She ran all the way to the car and still pulling with her. She got to the passenger side and stop and let me go so I could go to the driver side and get in. Once in there, I started the car and then put in my AA/BVB mix CD I made. It was a 45minute car ride so we could listen to most the whole CD.
*Skipping car ride*
Once we finally got into the parking lot and into a parking space, we got out and started walking to line. The line wasn't that long yet. As we stood there I reminder her what to do when we got in and what to do if she left with someone, "Remember once in there we go our own ways and at the end we meet at the car unless you hook up with someone then you text me" She nodded her head showing she knew and heard me. Soon 5pm came and we started moving to the building. As soon as we got in Harley said "Bye Mia, Be good Mia" with a smile. I just waved to her and thought 'Yeah I needed to be good but you need to keep your legs closed' I looked around taking in my surroundings then heading to the front. I got there and I was right up against the barrier. I smiled as the guy telling us who's playing first came on, "Ladies and Gentlemen put your hands together for..... BLACK VEIL BRIDES!!!" Everyone started to scream and chant "BVB!" over and over again until everyone of BVB was on the stage. Andy grabbed the mic and yelled "YOU FUCKERS READY FOR THIS!!" Everyone screamed back at him and then CC hit his drums. They started with Perfect Weapon, then went on with We Don't Belong, then New Years Day, then I am Bulletproof then Knives and Pens then Rebel Love Song then ended the set with In the End. As the song ended Ashley, Jake, and Jinxx through their picks out into the crowd then CC through his drum sticks. A few minute of silence came, everyone standing waiting to see who came on next. All of a sudden 'Welcome' started playing meaning Asking Alexandria was coming on, everyone screamed again. The AA boys one by one by all came on. Danny yelled into the mic "HEY MOTHERFUCKERS!" Everyone screamed back at him making the AA boys smile. They started with Breathless, then A lesson never learned, then Final Episode, then Not the American Average, then Reckless and Relentless then Run Free then they ended their set with Death of me. I had the biggest smile on while I was singing along with Danny the whole show. Ben, Cam, and Sam through their picks and James through his drum sticks like BVB and left the stage. Another few minutes of silence came as we all waited for the last band to come which was Bring me the horizon. I was kinda excited to hear them because I had never heard of them. Everyone screamed as Danny came back on stage. "HEY FUCKERS, ARE YOU READY FOR BRING ME THE HORIZON?!?!" Everyone screamed again, Danny nodded his head then spoke "That was good but I think you can be louder!!" Everyone screamed again but louder this time making Danny smile bigger, "WELL HERE THEY ARE! EVERYONE SCREAM FOR BRING ME THE HORIZON!!" Everyone screamed again. 5 men came on one by one. I stood there looking at the stage as the started. As their set went on I started jump a little. After one song ended, another started but this song was different. A violin started playing then the drums then guitar then the lyrics started pouring out of the singer. The lyrics made me stop jumping and just stand there and listen. I looked up at the stage as I did my eyes connected with the singer and they never left, he didn't look away either, even as the song ended he didn't look away. Seeing as the was their last song, they all left the stage and everyone started leaving the building. I stayed their for a few minutes trying to understand what I seen in his eyes as I looked into them and it was sadness. As I came to realize this I snapped out of my thoughts and turned to leave seeing there wasn't a lot of people in the building anymore. As I turned someone yelled "Wait!" I stopped and looked back at the stage seeing the lead singer of Bring me the Horizon there. I looked at him for a second then spoke "Yes?" He smiled and said "What's your name?" I looked at him puzzled for a minute then answered "Mia" He smiled again "I like that name" I blushed a little "Thanks" He turned to leave but this time I yelled "Wait!" He stopped and looked back at me, I spoke before he could "What's your name?" He looked at me even more puzzled than I was when he asked me and after what felt like forever he said "Oliver but call me Oli" I smiled and said "Nice show Oli" Then turned once more to walk away but this time he didn't stop me and I didn't turn back to see if he was still there I was ready to get home and lay down. My feet were starting to hurt from standing all night and jumping. When I got to the car I seen Harley waiting for me. As I got there I said "Didn't find anyone?" She looked at me and just smiled "I did but gave me his number and told me to call him to hang out tomorrow." I looked at her kinda surprised she didn't go home with them. We got into the car and I asked "Whats their name?" She smiled even bigger and said "Danny" I looked at her even more shocked before pulling out the parking spot and out onto the road. Harley was going on and on about how she met Danny and they talked and how he gave her his number and blah blah blah. I wasn't listening I was thinking about what happened during and after the concert with Oli. Not realizing I had a big smile on my face. I was snapped out of my thoughts with Harley yelling my name as we pulled into my driveway. "Mia did you hear me??" I looked at her then spoke "No sorry what?" "I said Danny wants to know if you want to come hang out tomorrow? He said his friend wants to see you again. He also said you would know who it was." I smiled nodding my head. She just looked at me and got out of the car and walked to the house. When we got in I went straight for the stairs and to my room but before I could get in there Harley stopped me and asked me "Mia what happened at the concert" I thought for a minute and then just smiled "To be honest I have no idea." And with that I went into my room and shut my door got into my pj's and into my bed and went to sleep with a smile on my face.
