The Needle and the Damage Done

Eighteen year old Dawson James is an upstanding student and all around nice guy. So why is he receiving letters from a mystery girl named "Sylvia" that goes to his school? At first, the letters seem like no more than your average high school angst until it takes a drastic and dramatic turn very quickly. Soon, Dawson is consumed with curiosity about this girl's identity and the decline of her life. Faced with a race against time and an ever-growing list of moral questions, Dawson struggles to find Sylvia and save her before she can destroy herself.
