"Wake up Marie!" Pascal said yelling and shaking me
"Why? What's wrong?" I said jumping up
"It's Christmas morning!" Pascal said talking like a little kid
"And what are you, five" I said punching his arm
"C'mon! Let's go" Pascal said grabbing me out of bed and walking me downstairs
Pascal's mom and dad both got me some very nice dress shirts, and a pair of diamond earrings. Pascal got me a purple diamond necklace.
"Thank you everyone. This Christmas will always be remembered. It was amazing, and I spent it with amazing people" I said looking at everyone in the room
Pascal and I only stayed for 3 days, then we had to fly back because he had an upcoming game soon
"Did you have fun?" Pascal asked me as soon as the plane took off
"Yes, I really did. Your parents are great. I was worried for no reason!" I told him laying my head on his shoulder
"Marie, are you ready. I have to be there soon." Pascal said from the hotel room
"Yeah, Let's go." I said walking out towards the door.
The Penguins played the panthers. They came out victorious with a 5-1 win.
"Marie, Someone from high school is here. They said they wanted to see you" Maureen, The wife of Chris Kunitz told me
"Why would someone from high school be in Florida?" I said turning to Vero.
"You should go see who it is" vero suggested
"Come with me, just in case" I looked towards vero
"I will stand over here, so I won't be in the way, but I will still be here in case you need me" Vero said before we turned the corner
As soon as I turned the corner, my heart dropped
