Love Is When You Least Expect It

"Matt? What are you doing here?" I asked giving him a killer look

"I came to visit you, since the last time didn't turn out too well" He said pulling me into a hug

At that time, I looked back to get Vero's attention, but realized she was gone

"Would your friends notice if you were gone?" Matt asked me with a grin "Would your boyfriend care"

"He would kill you" I demanded

"I don't think so" Matt said

As soon as Matt finished saying that, he pulled me into a hug and started kissing me, than walked away. I turn to look behind me, and Pascal is standing there. I see Brooks Orpik, Marc-Andre, and James running past towards Matt.

"Pascal." I said running to him crying

"I'm gonna kill him" Pascal said standing frozen.

As soon as I got to him, he held me tight

"Shh, It's okay" Pascal said rubbing my back. "Did he hurt you?" Pascal asked softly rubbing my hair

"He hurt my wrist when he pulled me towards him" I tell Pascal crying

"Let's go get this checked out" Pascal says as he leads me towards the trainers

"It's not broken or sprained, it just got pulled too hard" Chris Stewart, The head athletic trainers tell us

"Thank you so much" I tell him as he walks away

"Pascal, I swear he came onto me" I say to him as I walk towards him

"I know, I saw everything. Listen, I'm not letting Nothing or nobody come in between us. I will protect you." Pascal says as he holds onto me

"I love you Marie" Pascal whispers

"I love you too Pascal" I whisper back

I can't believe Pascal told me he loved me. At that moments, nothing felt real
