Wanted

I'm Song Hye-jil, (pronounced as song hee-jill) in Korea, and Annie in America. After 5 years, I'm finally back in Korea— with my boyfriend, Adam. He's been with me for two years, since I was 23. Adam wanted a vacation— maybe even as long as 4 months. I gladly suggested Korea and he obliged.

"Aaaah, I missed this so much! Korea, I love yoooouuu!" I exclaimed as I stepped out of the plane.
"You really missed it that much?" Adam asked me.
I nod in approval.
"Now I'm looking forward to Korea much, MUCH more."

My family went to America when I was 20 for my father's personal reason. I soon found out that it was because he had cancer. At the age of 21, I lost my father. At the age of 23, I lost my mother to cancer, too. Adam's been my closest friend since I lost my mother and I couldn't be happier to say that he's my boyfriend now.

Even after 5 years, Korea is still the same country I have come to love. It's so nice to relive and remember all the memories I created here, except for a few..
