Status: This is a two-part original short story fiction. Any resemblance to either true events or another person's story is honestly just a coincidence. I wrote a draft of this when I was in bored in class one day and decided to finalize it. I have no intentions of copying anyone's story.
Memory Lane
When Alexander was in high school, two major events happened: 1) his father walks out on the family and 2) he comes out to his parents. He has no memory of one and only half of the other.
After high school, his mother suggests that Alex and his boyfriend move into the now empty childhood home. Twenty years later, Alexander is cleaning the basement and comes across a tape his younger sister filmed of the year that he came out to his parents. Will he find the memories he has been missing for the past twenty-five years?
