Chapter 21
It's been 3 weeks since i left England. 3 weeks which means Ashton is coming home.
It's 5pm and i was heading round to his house.
I parked my car round the side and went up to the door i waited for Anne to open
"Hey Olivia" She said letting me in
"Hey, are you excited to get your son back" i asked
'So happy for him to be coming home"
"Wheres Lauren and Harry" i asked
"They're watching TV"
"okay i'll juts go put this up in his room" i said holding up my bag.
I ran upstairs and placed the bag down by his bed and took my shoes off and went back down to the living room
"Whats up" I said sitting down next to Lauren
"Olivia, i didn't know you were coming" Lauren said
"Yeah, i'm staying and surprising your brother"
"Olivia play video games with me" Harry said passing me a controller.
We played video games for what felt like hours. We stopped when Anne said dinner was ready. Thats what i love about mine and Ashtons relationship. We are both so close to each others families too. It's never awkward between any of us and they treat us like we are part of the family.
"Thank you Anne" i said sitting down
"It's fine" she had made Spaghetti. Her Spaghetti is the best. I'm a big fan of it.
"So is he still planned to get here for 11" I asked
"No they have been delayed in Hong Kong so he wont get here till about 2"
"He doesn't know i'm here right" i asked knowing we went through this
"Yeah he has no clue, he thinks he'll just go round to yours tomorrow"
"Okay good"
"So if he's been delayed does that mean we can stay up" Harry asked
"Nope you both will just have to see him in the morning before school"
"But mum" Lauren said
"Sorry but you're not staying up til 2"
We ate and Harry and I played more video games till about 10 when he and Lauren had to go to bed for school the next day.
"I'm just going to go get changed" I said to Anne getting up from the couch
i went upstairs and changed into my Pajamas Shorts and an oversized t-shirt and put some fluffy socks on.
"So how are you been" Anne asked as i sat back down on the couch
"I've been good, what about you"
"No i mean with the whole relationship secret'
'Oh I mean okay i guess, it's hard sometimes, but if it means his career moves forward i'll go with it"
"I know he's finding it hard too. He's told me he wishes he could just show you off to the world"
"I wish i could really share how proud i am or him and the boys"
"You guys will get through it. i know you will. Are you excited for Bali"
"Oh I'm so excited a nice holiday will do us both good i think, sorry i'm taking him away from you again"
"it's okay, I'm glad he has you"
"I'm glad i have him too"
We talked about random things after that. I looked at the clock and saw it was 1:00am i was so tired and i think Anne was noticing
"Why don't you go up and take a nap"
"No i'm fine"
"Olivia, it's not like he's not going to notice you're here, if you are a sleep when he comes"
"I know, i just would rather be awake for when he gets here"
"He'll probably wake you up anyways, just go sleep, you're tired"
"Okay, okay i'll take a nap"
I went up to his room and pulled the covers and got into his bed. He hasn't been in it for so long but it still smells like him. i snuggled into the pillow and let my eyes close.
I woke up to the feeling or arms moving across me. i opened my eyes and turned in the direction the arms were coming
"You're home" i said as my eyes met with his
"hey babe, this is a nice surprise"
"I wanted to be here for when you came home"
"I could get use to coming home and seeing you sleeping in my bed"
"i don't think i will ever get use to not having you around"
"I missed you" he said
"I missed you so much" he pulled me closer to his chest and connected our lips, it was a short but sweet kiss
"lets sleep" he said
"Goodnight babe" i said snuggling into him with his arm wrapped around me.
I fell back a sleep with the person who means the most to me. Home once again felt like home
