Chapter 22
I shifted in my sleep and felt myself rest against something, i opened my eyes slightly and saw Ashton, I had forgotten he was back and it was in his house with confused me for a minute. I heard noise from outside he door and i turned to look at the clock on the bedside table 7:30. Lauren and Harry must be up for School.
"Leave them be" i heard from outside the door
"But mum, we haven't seen him"
"I know but it's early. He got in very late last night, you can see him after school"
"you said last night we could see him this morning"
"i know what i said, but he needs his rest, he's just got back from a 25 hour journey"
"fine whatever" i heard feet stomp away from the door and then i heard Anne sigh before following the footsteps.
I gently unwrapped Ashton's arm from around my waist and got up and quietly opened the door. I went to the bathroom before heading downstairs.
"morning" I said to a grumpy looking Harry.
"look mum Olivia is up that means Ashton is too" he said excitedly
"sorry to burst your bubble but i left him sleeping" i said
"We didn't wake you did we" Anne said
"No, no i was already awake"
I poured myself some Coffee and sat at the kitchen table
"Why can't we just go wake him up" Harry grunted
"He's sleeping Harry, he's very tired. How about i get him to pick you up from school and take you to get ice cream or something" i suggested
"will you be coming" he asked
"no, it can be just you, Lauren and Ash" i said
"What if i want you to come" he said
"I'll only come if you want me too, but i'm sure he would love for it to just be you three"
"okay, fine, but promise me he will do it"
"i promise" i said holding out my little finger for us to pinkie promise
he smiled and headed to the hallway to get his backpack
"thank you" Anne said
"No problem"
Lauren came down the stairs shortly after ready for school
"morning" she said to me as she walked by me grabbing an apple from the bowl.
"Morning" i replied
Anne, Lauren and Harry all walked out the front door and headed to school. I headed back upstairs and quietly opened Ashton's bedroom door and saw he was still fast asleep. I went over to my bag and got my clothes before heading over to the bathroom. I showered and everything before putting on my pink Shorts and white tank top. I went back into his room and saw hims moving slightly in the bed adjusting his sleep position.
My phone started ringing and i cursed under my breath before running across the room to answer it. i grabbed my phone and ran outside the room
"Hello" i said once i closed the bedroom door
"Hi, Olivia, just making sure you remember youre working today at 3" i heard my dad said
"Oh yeah i totally forgot thank you for reminding me" i said
"That's okay, thought you would forget with Ashton back. how is he anyways"
"He's god, he's still sleeping though"
'i bet he's tired after all that travelling. well give him my best, i have to go open to shop"
"will do, see you in a bit dad, bye"
I clicked end call and slowly opened the bedroom door again. I walked inside and was met with a very sleepy boy with bedhead sitting up looking at me
"sorry, did i wake you" i said
"yeah but it's fine" he said as he patted the side of the bed for me to join him.
I walked over and climbed back into bed and snuggled into him.
"so i'm glad you were here when i got home" he said
"i wanted to surprise you, Anne and I had a big plan but then you got delayed."
"Well i liked coming home and seeing a sleeping beauty waking for me"
i looked up at him and he was looking down at me, it was like we were having a starring contest. i darted my eyes to his lips and then back to his eyes. it seemed like he had done the same thing at the same time
he leaned down and connected out lips. The butterflies in my stomach started going crazy and the feeling of us connected and together made me go insane. He gently moved me so i was now straddling him and deepened the kiss. his tongue was begging for entrance, i felt like i would be a tease and not allow it. I pulled away smirking and got off him.
"hold your horses matey" i said laughing
"come on, dont do this to me, i havent seen you in 3 weeks"
"hmm sorry maybe try again later"
he huffed and sat up resting against the wall.
"so what are you doing today" he asked changing the subject rather quicker than i expected, i thought i would have to tease him a lot more.
"well you are going to hang out with Harry and Lauren after school and i am going to work. Apart from that nothing"
"so tell me if we have nothing planned why did you stop"
"you know gotta keep you interested, can't let you think i will fall everytime" i said
"oh so you don't want this" he said gesturing to his body and wiggling his eyebrows
"nope, don't went you clearly need a shower" i said laughing
"Hay, thats mean... you know we could shower together"
"You're out of luck i already took one" i walked over to him pecked his lips and walked towards the door
"now get ready"
i walked out of the room and downstairs, i started making breakfast. I put eggs on and bread in the toaster, i made some pancakes and by the time i had two plates ready and at the table Ashton was in the kitchen
"smells yummy" he said taking a seat next to me
"you know if we had our own place, we could do this all the time" he said after eating nearly half his plate
"do what" i questioned
"wake up, eat breakfast together, enjoy doing nothing together, every day with no unwanted guests to ruin it" and right on que Anne Came back
"like that" he mumbled
"Maybe one day babe, maybe one day"
"oh honey, you're up" Anne said walking in
"Hi mum" he said standing up and giving her a hug.
"So tell me all about the UK" she said
He started talking about the trip and tour and the look on Anne's face was just pure happiness, she was so proud of him and it was just glowing from her.
