Chapter 4: I don't want the world to see me cause I don't think they'll understand
Ezra's p.o.v: I have a huge hang over and I just woke up. its seven in the morning and Mina is already glaring at me. she hates who i have become. but she doesn't understand... what i do numbs my pain... if i didn't get drunk or high i'd be a walking sob story. but i'd still be numb...i'll try to sober up.. i slug to the kitchen and i see Mina
"Mina..." i say sadly
"What" she snaps
"I want help... to get sober" i cry and she looks at me in pity
"I don't like not remembering what happened the night before or the feeling of fake happiness..... i miss you, J.D. and Rikki.... can you help me?" i ask
"Of course i could but... you have hurt me while you where drunk... so i don't know why i would... you can do it on your own" she seethes making me cry
"I'm sorry... and i will get sober... i threw away all my alcohol...." i say and she just ignores me and i walk out of the house. I have my head hanging low and my headphones blaring. I keep walking until i run into that shy guy but this time he's with people. they kinda look like him. both little boys. both about the age of three. are they his?
"Come on Finny, Flynn. say sorry for running into the man"
"sorry for running into you" one says
"I'm saying sorry cause my big brother Ryder said so" the other says
"Flynn." Ryder says sternly
"I'm sorry Ezra. these are my brothers Flynn and Finnian. they just moved in with me today." he says with a smile
"they're so cute." i say and smile at them one glares at me and the other smiles
"Mister would you like to go get ice cream with us? I think Ryder would like it if you did" i think Finnian says
