The Final Confrontation

I only ever wrote one chapter of this, though I've been meaning to go back to it for a long time. In a lot of ways, it's pretty similar to Runaways--it deals with people who are, through no choice of their own, different from the rest of society, and it's for the same reason as well.

When I first wrote this, I intended for it to deal with a lot of the same kinds of things thematically as well: war and discrimination, coexistence, and so on. And this is something I wrote before I wrote the first Runaways story, so I guess this is the spiritual predecessor of those stories.

However, what I did write didn't turn out so badly if I had to say so myself. It's not the best thing I ever wrote, but whatever.
