Hidden Bundle of Joy.

"Babe Julie will be here in 5 minutes" i shouted from the living room to my bedroom.
"Okay i'll be down soon just got out the shower"
"didn't need to know that Ashton" Maui shouted from her room.
"Shut up Maui" i replied
Julie is my midwife. She's amazing, we were very picky on who we wanted to be my midwife, because obviously with Ashton we needed to fully trust the person to not go to the media or anything. We sat down with a lot of midwifes male and female and found Julie to be bets fit, she understood our need and requirements and was in fact the best midwife also. I've always wanted a homebirth i don't know something about giving birth in your own home, completely drug free just sounds so much nicer than going to a hospital. Julie understood that and she took me through the pros and cons of home birth and we decided the three of us that we will go ahead with a home birth but we have the hospital as a back up if something god forbid goes wrong.

Ashton came running down with Maui behind her.
"okay i'm out, you're working today right Liv" Maui said as she got ready at the front door for her shift at the smoothie shop
"Yup, i'll be there at 2pm to take over"
Ashton groaned, he really doesn't like me still working there, but like we agreed with our parents, i will continue working until i'm too big to cover and right now i'm still fine.
"babe, how much longer are you still going to work there"
"until i feel like it okay"
"but what about"i cut him off
"Ashton, we agreed that i can continue working, so get over it okay"
"just because we agreed doesn't mean i like it, but fine"
"hello" we heard from the front doo
"In here Julie"i shouted
"Hello, Maui said to come right on in"
"thanks fine Julie, how are you today" i asked
"I'm good, more inportantly how have you been"
"i've been great, i just have a pain in my ass today" i said laughing while pointing to Ashton to show he was being the pain
"They can be like that sometimes" she laughed along. Ashton huffed and i turned and smirked at him.
I laid down on the couch while Ashton went to make Tea for Julie and I. She did the usually check the heart beat, size. position and everything look great.
"so we already Established that your baby is small, which isn't anything to be alarmed by considering your size and your family history with pregnancies."
"Thats good. i still look so small for being nearly 6 months"
"yes you look at least a month or 2 smaller than you are"
Ashton came back with the tea and set it down on the coffee table by us
"Now i know you both said you want to sex to be a surprise, but we are at the stage where we can find out if you want to" Julie said
i looked at Ashton and we kind of both nodded. We said right away that we wanted it to be a surprise, but the more time went i really wanted to know, i anted to be able to buy cute things related to the sex and just be a bit more prepared.
"yes, we want to know" i said
"Okay, lets see what baby Irwin is then" she said
I know Ashton wanted a little boy so he had a mini me. But as much as a little Ashton running around. I couldn't help but picture what a little girl would look like with his semi curly dirty blonde hair and eyes and i just really wanted a little girl. I mean every women wishes for a little girl to dress up in cute little outfits and every man wishes for a mini me to play sports with and wrestle.
"Wait" Ashton shouted
"What" i said annoyed i just want to find out
"I don't want you to know right now, i have an idea. Julie can you just tell me please"
"No thats so unfair"
"Babe, i promise you, you will love what i have planned, i just need you not to know"
"Fine, it better be good"
"Okay i will write it down on a piece of paper and hand it to you Ashton" Julie said
i sat in a huff that he was making me not know. Like why i just want to know so i can start shopping but no, he has to have to bright idea to keep it from me. 2 hours ago we didn't even want to know the sex and now suddenly he has this idea. I bet he's been planning this for a while knowing i wouldn't be able to go without not knowing the sneaky little git.
Julie wrote it down on paper and handed it to Ashton, he smiled and looked at me before putting it into his back pocket. If he isn't careful, i bet he will forget its in there and when i go to do laundry i will find it. Oh God please Ashton be forgetful and leave it in.
Julie finished up and left.
"Babe, please just tell me i'm dying"
"nope, sorry i wont tell you, you will find out in a couple days"
"but babeeeeeee" i whined
"call this punishment for still working" he smirked
"douche" i mumbled
"Excuse me missy"
"What i said nothing"
"i heard you missy" he came up behind me and smacked my butt lightly
"thats for being naughty" he said
"oh really, what do i get for being a good girl then" i said
"hmm, we'll have to wait for you to be a good girl"
"i'm always a good girl"
"I beg to differ babe"
"so boy or girl" i took my chance to catch him
"nice try babe" he smiled
"Damn it"
"well i have to get ready to go for a meeting with the boys and you have to get ready for work"
i walked up to him and wrapped my arms around him and looked up at him.
"we have 40 minutes before we have to leave, you know what we could do in 40 minutes" i said smirking and sending him a wink before i kissed his neck
"theres a shower up there" i mumbled
If theres one thing i know about Ashton is that he loves to take showers together
"nice try babe, i know this is just to try and get me to tell you the sex"
"sex aye, wanna have a quicky" i mumbled against his neck before kissing and sucking a bit
he smirked, i was trying so hard and he just wasn't having it
"what is wrong with you, any normal guy wouldn't think twice when their girlfriend is offering"
"As much as i want to, i know you're dong it for information and i'm not going to give you that information, so it will be all for me and nothing for you"
"fine, whatever, none for you for a while then" i said stomping up the stairs
"come on babe, don't be like that you will find out soon"
"you had your chance to get in my pants and you declined so sucks to be you"
"actually babe, i think me knowing what our baby is, is better than not so really who is losing here"
"you because when i find out it still doesn't mean you're getting any of this" i said pointing to my body even though he couldn't see me.
I changed into some leggings and a loose shirt and a jumper on top. i grabbed my vans, put them on and then tied my hair up in a bun. I went into the bathroom and put some light make up on as i was doing my eyes Ashton's came in
"come on babe" he said wrapping his arms around me from behind and resting his chin on my shoulder. he placed his hands lightly on my small bump and rubbed circles
i knew it was getting to him
"you know what you have to do"
"but babe, i have an amazing idea and it will only be amazing if you don't know"
"well then, no sexy time for you" i said smirking at him through the mirror
"no fair, babe"
"lifes not fair"
i finished my make up and left the bathroom.
"come on babe, we have to go" i shouted from the door
we left the house and got into his car and headed to the smoothie shop.
"I'll pick you up after i'm done at the meeting and go get food with the guys" Ash said as we pulled up
"okay, love you" i said leaning over and kissing his cheek
"love you too"

Work was boring as anything. hardly anyone came in. i had the usual one or 2 groups of girls come in to question me about Ashton or if i can get him to follow them on twitter or something. We had our regular 3pm "rush" when schools are out but it was less busy than normal and then the 5pm work finish rush was only about 2 people. With the weather changing and getting colder less people want smoothies but it's always been like that. finally Ashton pulled up and i said bye to my dad before walking out. I saw Luke get out of the passenger see and into the back with Calum and Michael letting me get into the front.
"hello boys" i said getting in
"hello mother to be" Luke Said
"so where are we eating" i asked
"we thought we would just go get sushi"
"sounds good to me"
we drove off to the sushi restaurant. When we got in, it wasn't busy even though it was 6:30pm which is normally a prime time for diners. We got a booth seat which the conveyor belt running by it.
"So how are you liv" Luke asked
"i'm great thanks lukey how are you guys, how was your meeting" i asked
"good, we have a couple radio interviews coming up the next couple days"
"thats exiting" i replied
"So Liv, can you tells us by Ashton was annoyed earlier" Michael asked
i looked at Ashton and then back a Michael
"oh that might be to do with the fact i told him he isn't getting any for a while"
"getting any what" Calum asked before i saw the realisation on his face figuring it out and laughing
"Oh dude what did you do to get that kind of punishment" Luke said
"he wont tell me the sex of our baby, he knows and i don't"
"oh man, why wont you tell her" Luke said
"because i have a surprise, now lets move on please" he said
i snuggled into his side letting him know i'm just playing with him and we wont talk about it anymore.
we ate our sushi and it was great just hanging out with the boys again. a fan did come up to them for a picture that i happily took for them but apart from that we had a stress free dinner and we dropped each boy off before going back to my house and snuggled up in bed watching a movie before falling asleep.
