Chapter 9
Ashton leaves for Perth today. 10 days he's gone. That's not bad, but its basically officially the start of the countdown to Ayla-Mai as by the time he's back he has 5 days and then off to Europe and when he's back from there she could really come at any point. It's the last stretch.
I heard him wheel his suitcase across the floor to the front door
"Babe, come eat before we leave" i said
"what did you make" he asked still from the door
"Just vegemite & Cheese on toast"
"okay, we have 5 minutes before we have to go" he said walking towards the kitchen.
i was going to drop him and Luke off at the airport, but not get out and go in with them like i normally do. I finished my toast first and put the plate in the dishwasher and stood behind Ashton wrapping my arms around him as he leaned on the counter eating. My belly getting in the way so i can only tell that if someone saw us it would look so awkward. 1. i'm like a foot shorter than him 2. my big belly making an awkward space between us. Ashton chuckled a little as he put the last bit of toast in his mouth
"i'm going to miss you" i said as i hugged his back.
"I'm gonna miss you too" he said with his mouth full
he spun me around so we were now facing each other.
"it's 10 days babe then i'll be back"
"Yeah and then you're going to Europe"
"And then when i'm back we get to meet our daughter"
"i'm so excited but so nervous" i said
"Me too. i think i'm more nervous of something happening when i'm in Europe than anything else"
"Julie said it's fine and she doesn't have any concerns, Ayla will hold off until you're back dont worry"
"you hear that Princess" he said lightly rubbing my belly "No coming into this world until daddy is here"
i laughed as he came back to facing me instead of my belly
"you're such a dork" i said
"But i'm your dork"
"you're so cheesy"
"i love you babe" he said as he pulled me closer to him
"i love you too" he kissed my lips before kissing my cheeks, nose, forehead and then back to my lips again. it was getting deeper neither one of us pulling away, just enjoying the moment and getting a bit carried away and the same time. We only stopped when his phone started ringng
"Shit is Luke" he said as he looked at the ID
"Hey, yeah we're on our way" he said while pushing me toward the front door and grabbing his suitcase.
"we will be 10 minutes max, bye"
"come on Liv, we're late"
"well if someone didn't decided to stick his tongue down my throat we wouldn't be running late" i said
"you loved every second of it babe don't even deny it"
i laughed as he put his stuff in the boot while i got into the drivers seat. We settled and headed to get Luke. He was waiting for us at his front door as we pulled up he opened the door and ran down to us dragging his suitcase behind him
"Why are you guys so late we're gonna miss our flight"
"we got distracted" i said
he got in the back and i headed towards the airport
"by distracted do you mean sex"
"no Luke" i rolled my eyes
"but i'm not far off am i" he said
"Luke just shut up" i said
"So change of subject when we get to the airport, you're just dropping us off right" Ashton asked
"yup, i'll go to the drop off point and kick you out" i said

"Calum and Michael wont be happy about that" Ash said

"because they want to say bye to you in case this is the last time until after they get back from America"
"well text them to come to the drop off and i can say bye from there, i'm not getting out the car i look like a balloon"
"okay they are going to meet us there"Ash said as he looked up from his phone
"Wait why wont i see them before America, you guys are here for album release"
"yeah but we're going to busy doing that and you obviously wont be at any events, so we might not have time to see you" Luke said

i hadn't really thought about it, but not seeing the boys for that long is going to be so weird. I'm so use to always seeing them. i pulled up at the drop off point and we saw Michael and Calum with a security guard, they came over to the car and opened to boot while Ash and Luke got out
"We'll miss you Liv" Michael said as he came to my side as i rolled the window down
"i'm gonna miss you too cliffy"
"you haven't called me Cliffy in ages" he said
"i know, i just felt like it today"
he leaned in and kissed my cheek
"By Liv, see you soon" he said as Calum pushed his out the way
"I'm gonna miss you Olivia, whos going to be there to help me prank Ash"

"okay yeah, but only you know how to really distract Ashton"
"I do have my ways"
"Hopefully see you before we go to the US yeah" he said as he kissed my cheek
"You're welcome to just pop int he house anytime"
Luke pushed me out of the way, what is with them and pushing.
"Livbear, oh how i'm gonna miss our cuddles"

we hugged through the window and he kissed my cheek as he pulled away
"i'll let Ash say his goodbye now" he said

"excuse me" Ash said with a smile on his face
"Yeah sorry, i love him not you"
he brought his hand up to his heart with a hurt expression
"well then" he said while pretending to wipe a tear from his eye
i laughed and so did he
"see you soon baby" he said

"enough will you, you're making me sick" we heard Michael say
we laughed and he leaned over to kiss me. he rested his forehead on my after pulling out of the kiss

"come on guys we're going to miss our flight and theres fans inside too" Calum said
"i have to go now, i'll call you when we're in Perth"

"We get it you love each other now lets go" Luke said
one last kiss and he was joining the others ans they walked in the building. I drove off back towards home. It also just dawned on me that this will be my first time in the house alone for a while.
I got home and put my feet up on the couch with my laptop
i opened up twitter for the first time in a while and tweeted
"Goodbyes are never fun. I miss you already"
i was getting loads of replies from people asking why i didn't go into the airport and tweeting me pictures of the boys at my car

We can never seem to have banter on twitter without people jumping on me, but it might be the pregnancy hormones making me think this way, but this has made me just want to make the little bitches jealous that i have Ashton and they don't.
After an afternoon of tidying, doing laundry and a quick pop in from Maui, i lit some candles, put A Cinderella Story in the dvd player and crawled into bed. I took a picture of the space next to me with a candle and a picture of Ash & I in the background on the side table and his pillow that said "his side" on it and tweeted "It feels empty without you"
