The Idol and the Street Kid

So the school called my new parents telling them I skipped. I wasn't worried. I was sent to my room without dinner. Not new. Later Nancy had came up to talk to me.

"Lexi I know this is new for you. New family, new town even a whole new country. But Mark and I really want you to feel at home." she said

I know this speech.

"And you wish for me to give this a try and be a good girl. I know the speech. I know the deal. I can be a sweet perfect girl and after awhile be sent back because I did something against your wishes and tell you no. Or be a bad girl and after while be sent back. Either way I get sent back. Either way I end up with a new family. I just want to be me. Not some perfect kid." I said

She just looked at me. Not really sure what to say.
"My stuff is already ready for when I get sent back." I told her

She got up and left my room. I have gone through family after family. I know all the tricks. Like they even work anyway. I am hungry. I still had some money Nancy gave me for lunch.

I opened the window. It was a two story house. So not a far jump. Jumping out i help my breath huddle in the bushes. I landed in front of the living room window where Mark and Nancy were talking. Being quiet I crawled away till I was able to stand without being seen and just walked to a small café.

Inside was SHINee.
"What's up boys?" I asked walking to them.

"Hello." said Onew

"Key wishes to say something. Don't you." said a grinning Taemin

"I am sorry about my attitude earlier." said Key

"It's no big deal." I said
