Katie and the Ice Cream
Twenty years after she was first fell in, Phosgene is pulled from under the surface of a frozen lake. She has no memory of how she came to be there and her only guide is a young man who claims to be the son of the Devil. All she knows is that she must head East and cross two mountains named "Katie" and "The Ice Cream".
Along the way, she meets several other characters who help her out. Eventually, she is forced to admit the horrifying truth about her new friends: None of them really exist, she is totally alone in the world, and that Katie and the Ice Cream are more formidable than their names would appear to suggest. Thankfully for Phosgene, time is on her side and the Ice Cream can not remain frozen forever.
